Our stay wasn’t long enough! We wished we booked for more days, it was fantastic!
Pros:

The location was perfect, the rooms were so comfortable and efficient. And the amenities on site were top notch!

Cons:

Just that we had construction next door but they were only there during the day so it wasn’t really bothersome.

Great place beautiful views

Cons:

We reserved a one bedroom villa. All pictures show a balcony which we did not have. No balcony, no porch to sit on… we stayed in 174 room 22d. Not sure we got what we paid for. Only a very small window. We didn’t come to the mountains to stay in a dark dungeon. The no balcony thing we actually was a fun killer for us. Also Pool was packed , pool bar was not staffed.

Great place for family vacation.
Pros:

The view aside from construction was great. The staff was very polite & very accommodating. When submitting a request for something, the response time was a lot faster than expected since we were at the farthest building from the office. They have on-site playground with one side for ages 2-5 & the other for 5-12 which is great to help get energy out for the littles.

Cons:

The water park was closed for a better portion of our stay so we altered plans to accommodate with little kids.

Terrible parking
Cons:

I had to park my car a mile away from my room and carry my 2 children under the age of 3 to my room in the middle of the night and unload it as well. Our other room was suppose to be handicap and it was not. There wasn't a shower chair the bed wasn't accessible to get in and out of. The floor wasn't vacuumed there was stuff all over it when arriving.

The pool was close to the room that's the only thing the kids really got to do.

Cons:

They over charged me at check in. Offered me a one bedroom and then booked me for another villa I never received instead of canceling the other one and giving me a price adjustment or giving me 2 villas I originally paid for they gave me one room and take the money for the other. I got the run around the whole stay and couldn't get in contact with the staff and get a clear explanation on what was going on with the extra room I did not receive. We end up not sleeping comfortably because it wasn't enough space for 5 people they offered the one bed room as if what we booked wasn't available. Most of the things available were closing earlier than they told us they closed. We could not eat food at the restaurant it was packed. We could not swim in the water park it was closed at 7 the first 2 nights of our stay and the second day got took up from a timeshare we were desperately trying to leave from and seem to he held even though we asked to leave we didn't want it. I was sent to a timeshare lunch that was supposed to be 90 mins and ended up being 4 hours and they were rude after I didn't want to do the time share. I'm not pleased with my stay at all and will never stay here again.

Beautiful location and rooms. Housekeeping isn’t great and do your own research for property amenity times

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days. We never once had house keeping come. We had asked several times for our trash to be taken out and it never was. We ended up using shopping bags to throw our trash in. The hours for the amenities are not posted anywhere, including on the property map. 1/2 the reason we booked this location was for the water park that my kids were unable to use because they close at 7, but we did not know this until we went there.

Great place
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed our time.

Cons:

The only thing that we didn't like was that the water park is a separate charge from the resort. You would think the water park is included. The other issue is that adults are required to pay even if they are not participating just there to watch the little ones.
