Pros:

Pros:

Everything was amazing the staff was helpful. Beautiful surroundings easy to get to town.

Cons:

We only had one full day to play and that was Saturday and we did a time share they said 90 mins it took 4 hours yes we got things out of but 4 hours was a long time and the kids got upset and check in at 4 check out at 10 thats earlier than normal hotels we didn't have time to use the waterpark passes we got for free we had bad weather and got stuck on the mountain for a hour when we visited the skypark. Everything else was good

Disappointing
Pros:

The rooms are very nice and had all the basic necessities. The put put area outside 5000 was nice.

Cons:

The police were on site every day we were there. A kid tried to drown another kid when we were at the pool and he was allowed to stay. I gave a statement because I witnessed the kids fighting. Not something I want my children around. Why both kids and families were not removed is beyond me. Was not made aware we did not have water park passes until we arrived after we checked in. If I had known at check in I would've just paid the cancelation fee of around 160 and left. I booked while over seas and the format was not user friendly or informative.

Great value, amazing views.
Pros:

Beautiful place with amazing views. The staff is great and the overall value for the place was beyond great in my experience. Property also very close to the sugarlands visitor center which was perfect for us.

Cons:

Sometimes i could hear my neighbors.. Got a couple towels that were stained and the bathtub with jets wouldnt get HOT HOT so we couldnt use it
