Comfortabel hotel, op enkele minuten van het strand.
Pros:

Personeel authentiek vriendelijk, fijne kamer met complimentary water en chocolaatjes, deels uitzicht op zee (niet geboekt), heerlijk zwembad met voldoende ligbedjes en badhanddoeken te leen (alleen borg betalen) en gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet waar we op de laatste dag eerder gebruik van mochten maken ivm vroeg vertrek. Beste hotel waarin we hebben verbleven op Madeira. Zeer comfortabel.

Cons:

De airco was matig waardoor de kamer warm bleef, de poolbar was niet geopend (al kon je drankjes halen bij de pianobar in het hotel). Koffie- en theefaciliteiten op de kamer zijn niet standaard inbegrepen.

Waren nur für eine Nacht da, da unser Flug storniert worden. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben uns auch ein Taxi gerufen für die Nacht.

Great stay!
Pros:

The whole hotel was clean, tidy and well laid out. Their was free breakfast too. Staff were very helpful at reception and let me check in almost a whole morning earlier. The establishment is laid out like an old 70s hotel with different layers on the bottom floors but wasn't an issue. The outside of the hotel could maybe do with a repaint but all in all was a great stay.
