Pros:

Hotel bien placé à coté d'une petite plage et également proche de l'aéroport ( 5 minutes de voiture), chambre spacieuse confortable et bien équipé

Cons:

par contre le restaurant est décevant, le buffet est peu varié, les plats proposés sont basique, sans saveur, aucun plat régionaux n'est proposé

Goede locatie, fijne terras en zwembad. Ontbijt buffet was goed

Cons:

Badkamer is wat gedateerd .
De overloop van de afvoer van het bad was niet goed aangesloten, daarom was de vloer van onze kamer blank. Wij moesten verhuizen van de 6de verdieping met een mooi uitzicht naar een donker kamer onder de receptie met uitzicht op een muur.
Niet genoeg parkeer gelegenheid .

Gute Lage aber schlechter Service
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Es wird versucht auf Nachhaltigkeit zu achten, Glasflasche, Papierbeutel statt Plastik. Lage gut.

Schlechter Service! Frühstück erst ab 7:30 Uhr, für frühen Abflug keine Option und keine Kompensation z.B. to go Variante
Sehr hellhörig, kaum Steckdosen zum Laden von Smartphone, Kamera und Powerbank. Unsere Bitte ein Taxi für morgens um 6:45 Uhr zum Flughafen zu rufen wurde abgelehnt, es sei nicht nötig um diese Zeit gäbe es schon vor der Tür welche, am Abreisetag gab es dann keine Taxi und der Mitarbeiter meinte, es sei um die Zeit schwierig ein Taxi zu bekommen wir sollten erstmal ein Uber versuchen zu bekommen....

L'emplacement, les présents de bienvenue, la beauté et l'espace des intérieurs de l'hôtel

Cons:

Manque de prises de courant notamment aucune à côté des lits! Ménage pas top notamment pas de nettoyage de la table ou l’on peut boire un café ou manger et rien pour le faire soi même !

The elegant setting didn’t match the very basic breakfast, unfriendly service at breakfast, and room problems like a bro

Cons:

- The breakfast was very basic and could be improved to better meet today’s standards. It’s a mismatch as there are white table clothes that give an impression of a prestigious setting, but then the food and selection is very average compared to many other hotels in Madeira within the same price range.
- A waitress was unfriendly and seemed stressed (I asked for salt and pepper) at the breakfast and yes, it was busy and she was busy cleaning the tables and changing table clothes, but it impacted the atmosphere.
- The door lock was broken (which I reported to reception after my 1-night stay), and sections of the flooring near the balcony and bathroom seemed to be damaged by moisture and were peeling or lifting.
