Great place to stay
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Thanks to the staff for the compliment on my daughter's birthday - a bottle of wine in the room, it was a very pleasant surprise. The location is good - on the ocean shore an excellent view.

Cons:

One of the elevators wasn't working and that was a bit annoying. Parking spaces and limited.

Pros:

La habitación con balcón tiene unas vistas impresionantes al mar y al paseo de Machico. El desayuno es buffet, abundante y variado, muy rico !
La cama es muy cómoda y el baño grande.
Por último la ubicación, teníamos coche de alquiler, y era perfecta para movernos por la isla.

Ha estado muy bien todo en general.

Pros:

Die Lage war gut für Ausflüge.
Es gab viele Parkplätze drum herum.
Der Essensraum mit Blick auf die Bucht.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein teureres Zimmer mit Aussicht auf die Bucht gebucht und hatten dann riesige Platanen vor dem Fenster.
Die angepriesenen Balkone sind winzig und dicht an dicht, so dass man von einem zum anderen klettern könnte. Daher hatten wir kein gutes Sicherheitsgefühl nachts mit offenem Fenster.
Das Essen dort empfanden wir als schlechte internationale Kantinenküche. Das Personal der Kantine packte beim abräumen des gebrauchten Geschirrs in Teller, Gläser und Tassen und deckte anschließend ohne Händedesinfektion neu ein.
Jeden Abend wurden wir stundenlang mit lauter Musik beschallt, weil unteres Zimmer erhalten.

Gute Lage mit gutem Restaurant
Pros:

Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage. Das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Das Essen - Frühstück und Abendessen - ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist nicht modern. Unser Zimmer war sehr warm und sie hat weder Balkon noch Klimaanlage.

Te groot en een beetje verouderd hotel voor groepen
Cons:

Wij hadden twee maanden op voorhand superior kamer met terras geboekt en betaald . Bij aankomst ‘s avonds bleek die kamer niet meer beschikbaar en moesten we een gewone kamer zonder terras op de 10 de verdieping nemen . Als compensatie gaven ze ons dan diner en drank in het hotel gratis . Geen andere keuze dan aanvaarden ‘s avonds … normaal gaan we in de stad naar een leuk adres naar keuze , maar nu moesten we dus daar ter plaatse genieten van de grootkeuken ….
