Pros:

Great staff very friendly and professional ,great food!

Cons:

Clean and safe , I had made a reservation somewhere else ,I had to cancel we tried going to our hotel reservation else where and we encountered homeless and drugged people around the property ,very unsafe there was no way we could walk around those conditions, we called you guys ,you guys saved us. We were in the Sf in the hospital with our father in a life threatening surgery we got out late from the hospital ,from now on we will be booking with you guys for any other future stay. Thank you to you all🙏

Tenía muchos años que no me hospedaba en un hotel tan limpio , tan ordenado y con gente tan amable .

Cons:

En todos los hoteles después de pagar hospedaje debes pagar parking , debería estar incluido porque ya estás pagando por el alojamiento

Clean and great staff

Cons:

Parking fee of 26.99 per day plus tax . Is outrageous with the high price of gas . I truly believe in helping each other in life. It would be really nice to see the parking fee at a least 10.00 per day. Pls Holiday inn upper management help due best for your clients
