Pros:

Cons:

The staff were completely unprofessional not helpful and had harassed us from before we had even arrived. We were charged multiple times for different reasons and locked out of our room.

Pros:

Room was good and bed was nice sleeping

Cons:

didn't like booking confirmed my room for two rooms and only one was confirmed by holiday inn and had to find another hotel for extra room I needed. Also door entrance need to be upgraded with scan cards like other hotels are using now.

Worst people and property I have been
Pros:

Telephone didn't work TV remote didn't work there's a huge wet area on the floor about the size of 2' x 3' very outdated just a horrible property

Cons:

The general manager of the property was the most rude person I have ever met they don't belong in hospitality

Pleasant, efficient use of the available time thanks to the connections with the city.
Pros:

The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is a little outdated,
part of the breakfast was good (butter, honey, jam, yogurth, milk,
eggs, chocolat epowder).

Cons:

Sausages, turkey, bacon were either dry or
overcooked. The bread, as everywhere in USA,
is not what people call bread in Italy, Switzerland, France.
