The room is big and comfortable

Cons:

We booked this hotel because of its positive reviews and, importantly, its airport shuttle service. However, after leaving the departure hall at 10:30 PM on July 9th, we waited for the shuttle until 12:20 AM without any service. When we called the hotel, the staff said they had tried to contact the driver but couldn't get a response. We ended up having to call Uber ourselves, incurring an extra $40 in fares. If your hotel cannot provide a shuttle service, please state this clearly and don't deceive consumers. We are very angry about this and are giving it a bad review.

Rooms were extremely dated but clean.
Pros:

Location was good as it was close to the San Francisco Airport (7 minute drive).
Parking was $25 a night, $15 would have been more appropriate if you ask me.

An average airport hotel with limited free shuttle service.
Pros:

Room was a good size, beds were comfortable, everything worked, close to airport

Cons:

Free shuttle to and from airport are not available in the afternoon. This was not made clear. Since I arrived at 2 pm, I needed to take a Lyft to the hotel at significant expense. I felt their advertising a free shuttle was a bit deceptive.

Breakfast was mediocre. Internet was slow and somewhat spotty. Not within walking distance to BART system. Few restaurants nearby.
