This hotel has friendly staff, is in good location, and has potential, but watch out for the details
Pros:

Front desk at check in was wonderful, warm, friendly and we were allowed to get into our room early, which was great after a very long flight. Luana on the front desk was an Angel as we needed to get a battery for my husbands watch. She looked up possibilities and sent us to the perfect location. We were very happy as it was the beginning of a 3 week trip. I would give the front desk and especially Launa a 10. Hotel is in a good location for restaurants. Given everything, a good price except for what I didn't like, which is why I wouldn't go back.

Cons:

The bathroom was very very dirty; it needed some tender loving care and deep cleaning. I was skeptical about taking a shower. While in our room, for 2 hours the maintenance department was in there with ladders going in and out, and so on because a part of the siding lights were coming down. We were in our room trying to relax and watch TV, so it was quite disturbing. We were referred to what we were told was a GREAT Italian restaurant, but the food was mediocre. The car service waiting at the hotel was a rip off; the driver was driving s l o w and hitting all the red lights. The taxi on the way back was half the price.

Ubicacion excelente. Sevicio a la habitacion regular. Tener en cuenta que hay pisos del hotel que estan renovados, los pisos que no estan renovados son habitaciones muy antiguas. La diferencia es abismal.

não tinha opção de duas camas no mesmo quarto. Para um quarto para duas pessoas, só possuia itens pessoais para uma, nunca vi isso.
checkin exremamente demorado, ficamos quase meia hora só para dar entrada em dois quartos. Senti os atendentes meio perdidos.
