Frustrante pelo preço pago. Tivemos problemas com a internet e a resposta que tivemos foi que só aconteceu com meu quart

As instalações são boas e confortáveis.

Cons:

Demora na arrumação dos quartos, atendimento muito ruim dos responsáveis pela manutenção e recepção. Já os concierges eram muito educados e atenciosos.

Senti-me em casa.
Pros:

Localização excelente, bons restaurantes e comércio na região. O hotel é muito confortável e o café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

Do hotel, gostei de tudo. O que não gostei é que a região não conta com metrô, e isso é fundamental para o deslocamento em SP.

Pros:

Gostei do cuidado e atenção de toda a equipe e localização do hotel

Cons:

Tem uma situação de um mal cheiro (de lixo) muito forte no meu corredor quase chegando no meu quarto que o mal cheiro entrava pelo quarto. Entrei em contato com a recepção e eles deram opção de mudar de quarto. Mas já estava pronta para dormir .
