Cons:

Um dos elevadores passou o período fora de operação mesmo com o hotel em alta ocupação. O box do banheiro com vazamento de água e molhando muito o chão. Piscina com água fria sem receber sol pela manhã, inviabilizando o uso.

A cama é excelente, a configuração do quarto é boa, o espaço do restaurante é muito bom, o café da manhã é excelente, muito rico em opções, tem steamer no quarto para passar a roupa... a localização também é muito boa, com fácil acesso a curva da Jurema e também a Camburi, e está do ladinho do "Triangulo das Bermudas", local com vários barzinhos para quem curte a vida noturna. Tem um Coco Bambu do lado do hotel, para quem gosta.

Cons:

A primeira é que no primeiro dia de estadia um dos elevadores entrou em manutenção e ficou durante os 6 dias que estive lá, era ruim porque tendo somente um elevador demorava bastante. Acho que um hotel de alto nível não deveria demorar tanto na manutenção de um elevador.

Outro ponto é que eles tem um andar em reforma, durante o dia havia barulho moderado, mas só de dia mesmo, nada que atrapalhou tanto.

Outra coisa que não gostei é que do lado de fora do quarto, na janela, tem uma luz que entendo ser para iluminar a faixada, isso me impedia de dormir com as cortinas abertas. Eu gosto de dormir com as cortinas abertas para entrar luz do sol de manhã, mas isso não foi possível porque essa luz externa entrava muito no quarto e atrapalhava o sono. Isso eu achei péssimo.

Mas no geral, são coisas pequenas, o hotel é muito bom.

Le personnel et la vue depuis la chambre.

Cons:

Beaucoup de travaux en cours. Passablement de bruit durant la journée. Pas de pain sans gluten disponible pour le petit-déjeuner.
