Maintenance work of the pool will be carried out from 10/11/2025 to 10/11/2025. Excelente escolha em Vitória

Café da manhã maravilhoso, localização excelente e funcionários prestativos e atenciosos durante toda a estadia

Cons:

Um dos elevadores estava parado e teve um dia que o outro parou também, obrigando os hóspedes a usar o elevador de serviço, o que provocou transtorno, principalmente durante a limpeza dos quartos. Cheguei a preferir percorrer 6 andares de escada para não esperar mais. Felizmente este problema foi resolvido em algumas horas (mas o outro elevador continuava parado quando eu fui embora)

Funcionários educados , mas confusos e não foi uma boa experiência , separaram minha família ( reservei 2 quartos) me disseram que iriam resolver no segundo dia para quarto família, mas não fizeram nada, tentaram me cobrar a diária que já havia sido paga pelo booking ( localizaram depois ) o outro quarta que ficou minha esposa não ocorreu serviço de arrumação em nenhum dia, no meu só trocaram toalhas, Enfim acho que eu fui azarado nessa minha hospedagem e não consegui melhorar em nada durante minha estada ( viajo bastante e raramente tenho problemas com hotéis da rede, acho que dessa vez fui o hóspede escolhido para tudo dar errado).
