A localização do hotel é muito boa em relação às praias de.Vitoria e a certa proximidade, de carro, de Vila Velha. Além de ter muitas opções de restaurantes, bares e supermercado no entorno.
A cama era muito confortável e o quarto tinha um bom tamanho.
Havia um vazamento no banheiro que, pela aparência da parede, já estava lá um bom tempo. Isso fez com que uma área do banheiro ficasse sempre molhada, a manutenção foi chamada, fez um pequeno reparo e constatou que havia algo que precisaria de uma maior intervenção.
Faltavam opções sem gluten no café da manhã, o pão que a cozinha fazia sem gluten em três dias estava cru e as opções quentes poderiam ser melhores.
