I stayed at the Hyatt while chaperoning a group of high school students for a school conference, and overall we had a very positive experience. Because we arrived earlier than expected and needed to check in quickly to make it to our conference on time, the staff graciously accommodated us with an early check-in. That flexibility made a huge difference for our group and set the tone for the rest of the stay.
Renate was truly a delight and deserves special recognition. She greeted us warmly, made sure we had everything we needed, and consistently went out of her way to help throughout our stay. She and the rest of the staff were kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable, which is especially appreciated when traveling with students.
There were renovations happening during our visit, but they were handled very well and did not disrupt our stay. We even received a courtesy call letting us know the water would be shut off briefly for about 20 minutes, which I appreciated. It was clear the hotel was being proactive and considerate, and I was glad to see they were investing in updates to the property.
Because of the renovations, breakfast was moved to the conference room. The breakfast itself was just okay, but there were plenty of options. They offered potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs, muffins, boiled eggs, bread, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, and more. While my students were not particularly impressed, I was satisfied with the selection and enjoyed the coffee.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. Overall, the stay met our needs perfectly, especially given the purpose of our trip. Renate was truly the cherry on top, and her exceptional hospitality made a lasting impression. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
Freshly remodeled; providing a nice size room that was very clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was a nice surprise.
Clean rooms, good breakfast, and convenient location! Rooms closest to the interstate are a little loud, but not too bad.
Location
It looks a little run down inside. We asked for one day for the service not to come to our room and clean, but then they never came the rest of our stay.
nothing
wouldn’t even let me check in or refund me
My first stay at a Hyatt, but not my last. We upgraded a bit for a room with a seating area, upper floor (only five floors, no view really). Everything about the room was comfortable, clean, nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered some daily variety. All good.
We couldn’t get logged into the tv, but that was probably us.
Excellent location for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good. But I was missing some biscuits and gravy..
Nothing it was good
Good place, nice hotel. Wee would visit here again. Do note that if the University of Arkansas football team is playing at home, then this hotel and others nearby will be premium priced.
Front desk was super friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was great because of nearby restaurants and the Walmart AMP theater is just a short drive from there. A great place to stay if you are planning to see a concert there.
Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable
The only thing that was a little annoying was the highway noise, but not so bad it effected our sleep.
Very nice
Nothing
Great location. Easy to find. Quick check in, friendly staff member at the front desk (Ren.)
Breakfast wasn’t great. Ceiling above shower was peeling. Not great water pressure.
N/a
The Hotel room was one of the nicest rooms I have personally stayed at. Room was very spacious and had some of the best water pressure for a hotel, I have ever had
Parking area is fine. Uber/Lyft will take awhile to get to you, make sure to schedule in advance. Sometimes, you may get lucky if it comes sooner than 20 min.
The room we stayed in was outdated, matched the parking lot. But, we were comfortable and had what we needed. Camilo at the front desk was amazing, so much knowledge and recommendations were given.
Not sure how this property could get 9 stars rating, because that’s the only reason why I booked it. It is extremely old and not clean
Was clean and location good.
The staff at this location don’t know how check in works. Over charged my card not once but twice. This left holds on funds that were not available to me during my trip. Went out to dinner and couldn’t pay for my own meal on the card I planned to use. I did address my issue with the front desk and the lady explained and promised it would be gone within the next day. The next morning it wasn’t we were to find another charge hold. Most importantly these beds are way too small and hard for two adults. It wasn’t just us that had issues with the beds more than 10 people in our group all said the beds were terrible to sleep on. This left us running on 3 to 4 hours of sleep made our trip extremely exhausting.
