An American style 5 star hotel for the price of a small hotel.
Pros:

I didn't expect much. It exceeded my expectations. It was clean, and everything was huge; big room, big bathroom, big halls, big dinning room, big lobby, big parking lot. Staff was awesome. I will booke there again if I return to Durango.

Pros:

Upscale Property finishes and decor, rooms, bedding and fixtures are modern clean and comfortable. Property is currently in the completed stages of plastering construction on the outside. Staff are is bilingual and professional. Fifteen minutes to Durango Airport check with staff unread to shuttle times.

La gestión de la reserva muy bien, por motivos personales cambie mi fecha sin problema.
El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. La comida del restaurante todo muy bien y la atención.
La limpieza en la habitación excelente. La alberca climatizada y muy limpia.

Cons:

Solo una observación, deberían de tener mucho cuidado en que áreas pueden entrar las mascotas, ya que había una familia con un perro en el área de alberca y al día siguiente en el restaurante. En uno de los pasillos donde esta una sala de estancia, olía a perro mojado, lo cual no es muy agradable eso.
Tenia entendido que el hotel no aceptaba mascotas, y aun así, hay amenidades donde si pueden estar y otras no.

Pros:

Doors are really loud. So at anytime of the morning (3,4,5am) you might be woken up from the doors slamming. Other than that, its a nice place to stay.

Pros:

We booked this hotel due to our flight airline cancelling our flight the day of. Thankfully this hotel made a very hectic day alot easier. They have a very good restaurant with plenty of options. Everything we ate was exceptional. And the best part was how comfortable the beds were. After such a long day, all we wanted to do was rest and these beds did the trick! The staff was so friendly and treated us well. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. And, if we are ever in Durango City again, we will be staying here!
