Pros:

excellent location, clean and spacious rooms

Cons:

no vegetables at all during breakfasts , but later on the trip ive learned this is quite common in Brazil. And breakfast room very tiny so if you come down for breakfast during peak hrs youll have to wait for table 10-15min

A localização é excelente. Café-da-manhã é bom. A vista do roof top é incrível.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos é ruim. O barulho da rua durante o dia incomoda bastante, principalmente se você quiser dormir até tarde. Há teias de aranha no teto. Há um despreparo da recepção para esclarecimentos da nota fiscal e cupom fiscal - dando informações incompletas e com mau humor -, deixando claro que aquele assunto não era do seu domínio e que eles estavam me atendendo porque era o jeito. Embora o hotel tenha 4 estrelas, há hotéis incríveis com 3 estrelas com serviço e atendimento bem superior.
