Pyszne śniadanie, obsługa pomocna i miła, hotel zlokalizowany z dala od centralnej części Copadabany więc jest spokojniej ale też nie ma dużo punktów gastronomicznych, ceny w hotelowym barze bardzo uczciwe

Cons:

1. Otrzymaliśmy najgorszy z możliwych pokoi mimo poziomu 3 Genius - zlokalizowany na piętrze przy łazience tranzytowej i windach. Cała noc ,,klikała” lodówka - włączała się i wyłączała po paru minutach w dosyć głośny sposób, do tego na zewnątrz był konwerter klimatyzacji który pracował całą noc i generował duży hałas. Po zwróceniu uwagi w recepcji że nie jest to odpowiedni standard usłyszałam że jest to pokój za który zapłaciłam. Jeżeli tak to muszą państwo wiedzieć że płacicie za duchotę, głośną lodówkę, bliskość łazienki tranzytowej i całodobową głośną klimatyzację za oknem :) a warto dodać że w takim standardzie są hotele o połowę tańsze niż ten… udało się po porannej dyskusji o nieprzespanej nocy wymienić pokój który okazał się być nieco lepszy ale okna mają zerową dźwiękoszczelność więc nie ma co liczyć na dłuższy sen niż 5/6. Po wymianie pokoju dwóch panów z recepcji którzy rozmawiali ze mną rano nie raczyli nawet odpowiedzieć przez resztę pobytu dzień dobry (reszta obsługi bardzo miła i pomocna!)
2. Przed hotelem i w jego bliskiej okolicy bardzo śmierdzi… i dużo bezdomnych osób
3. Na tarasie są na cały hotel dwa leżaki więc mała szansa na skorzystanie z nich. Basen należy częściej sprzątać bo woda jest mętna.

Pros:

La ubicación es buena, el desayuno bueno, la vista es muy bonita.

Cons:

El personal que me bloqueo el elebador por ir con mi hermano a cambiarme para ir a la playa despues del tour. deben de preguntar de buenas maneras quien es la persona que esta subiendo y si es un familiar o algo, se entiende que es por seguridad pero la forma no es la correcta.

Lovely hotel right on the beach
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excelent, it is right on the beach in Copacabana and a few minutes walk to Inpanema. The hotel it self is nice, with the room we had breing big with a full ocean view. The breackfast was amazing with great options for all tastes. The staff were outstanding and incredibly helpful.

The best feature was the "transit" facilities. This was a shower and changing room that could be used before we left. We had an evening flight so after check out we spent a couple of hours on the beach and then were able to freshen up before our flight.

Overall we had a great stay.
