For a two night stay it it was decent but not worth 300 dollars.
Pros:

The size of the bed and bath room cleanliness. Close to fast food places and restaurants.

Cons:

Location & Safety: While the general area seems decent, the property’s safety feels compromised in the evenings. I noticed a large number of loiterers and seedy individuals hanging out in the parking lot well into late night, which made me feel unsafe walking to my room.

Cleanliness: The exterior is visibly neglected. The walkways and building facade are covered in bird droppings, which gives the entire property a gross, unmaintained, and unsanitary appearance.Room

Amenities: Do not expect even the most basic accommodations. There was absolutely no drinking water or snacks provided in the room, not even a coffee maker. Furthermore, only one tiny packet of soup (or generic body soap) was provided for bathing, and there was absolutely no breakfast served—not even a simple muffin. I would not recommend staying here.

Really good hotel, just the personal in the desk are like they don’t like their job
Pros:

Big parking, free, all needs of big hotels like ice washer machines pool

Cons:

They don’t do the bed, don’t clean the room, you have to let a deposit like in all hotels but they have a delay on the reimbursement so is bored have to be contact and contact the hotel for it situation

We had a clean room
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Cons:

I wasn’t told about anything when I checked in just how to get to my room. I wasn’t told that the pool was open at all and the spa was broken with a board over it. So when I found the pool I decided that my family was not going in there. The pool was clean but the paint all around was chipping up everywhere the chairs where all stacked up like we weren’t supposed to be in there. When my son asked for pool towels we were told that there are no pool towels but when we looked around the pool there they all were over flowing in the basket. I also didn’t like the loud metal box under the bed. We would barely bump it and it sounded like thunder. The rooms aren’t very sound proof either. We also weren’t told about the housekeeping protocols so I assumed since there was no DNDs that I could just put my trash outside and housekeeping would not enter the room but I was wrong. My room was serviced when I didn’t want it to be.

Nice experience, won't use them again
Pros:

The location was amazing

Cons:

The fact that the first night we were there, we didn't have power for several hours. There were people with pets. Not a problem until the pets pee in the hotel hallway by the doors and the staff threw a rug over it to cover it. Room had a weird smell to it. Bums were always in the parking lot
