The fact that we had no power for the most important part of our stay. The location became unsafe and other accommodations should have been offered.

Good value and location
Pros:

The room was a very nice space. There was a door between the living room and bedroom creating privacy.

Cons:

The bathroom sink area was open to the bedroom, so when my husband got up to shave or wash hands the other person woke up.

Manager was very professional, friendly and explains things when we don't understand that was going
Pros:

breakfast was terrible. one way breakfast was served. sausage and for the eggs l can't tell if it was fried or whatever that was. people were calling if "fake eggs". all juices lost it taste due to over diluted with water.

Cons:

the breakfast needs to be changed everyday, we pay lots if money for this and the receptionist needs to be friendly and warm welcoming of customers.
they need to stop putting light off even when people are having breakfast. I had to approach one of them to put her right.
manager should make sure that rooms are cleaned and bed changed at least eery two to three days for those that are staying for a week and more.
the stuff needs lots of training under customer service management, hospitality and professionalism.

Overall ok but let down by some shortfalls
Pros:

Service desk, cleaning staff

Cons:

Some power outages, some issues with breakfast, room left uncleaned/sheets/towels unchanged. Tv and mwave wrong clock time and power usb sockets by lamps not working/recharging.

Pros:

Everything, the staff was nice and pleasant, the rooms were cleaned, had refrigerator microwave, and for 3 people door separated to sleeping areas

Cons:

Coffee was downstairs in the lobby and not in the room and didn't have an ice container for the room

Pros:

Friendly staff. Prisca not only kept breakfast area tidy and full of food but also sanitized the tables after guests left. Brittany at front desk was super nice and helpful.
Dove products in bottles were full. Coffee machine grinds beans for each cup of coffee. Fit ness center was large and had large windows with a view, not just a tiny room in basement. AC in room was very cool despite 100 degrees outside! Great location, 10 minutes drive to every place we wanted to go!

Cons:

Lobby was warm. It was exceptionally hot the 3 days we were there so ac may have hit max capacity with hot air coming in from lobby doors.. On last day coffee machine up front was out of order, but guests could get coffee/tea at free breakfast area.
Guest smoking weed or clove cigarettes on 3rd floor. Not sure how hotels enforce no smoking policy but needs to be done. Entire hallway of 3rd floor smelled bad. Luckily it was morning we were checking out.
