Sauberes Hotel mit ordentlichem Frühstück. Gute Lage für einen Besuch von Philadelphia. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Cons:

Für die Schlafcouch waren weder Kissen noch Decken vorhanden. Das Personal war auch auf Nachfrage nicht in der Lage das benötigte Bettzeug für die erste Nacht zur Verfügung zu stellen. Erst auf erneute Nachfrage am nächsten Tag wurden uns die fehlenden Teile an der Rezeption übergeben. Eine Entschuldigung hielt man offenbar nicht für angebracht.

Horrible.
Pros:

I didn’t stay. They didn’t have a room available and they wouldn’t refund my money. I called several times and they finally responded to me after a month, and told me they wouldn’t issue the refund. Extremely disappointing.

Everything. A bunch of entitled white people. Called the cops on me when their loud ass kids was in the hall all night playing hockey. Then i paid the same amount as my friend i checked in with a white lady got a shitty room on the 2nd floor my friend checked in with a black lady ( btw she was great) and she put my friend on the 5th floor with a balcony.

Pros:

Location was great! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unable to check in early unless we paid $50! Totally understand charging for late check-out but the room was ready???
When room was cleaned, they didn't replenish any of the items that we used (coffee supplies, cups, make-up wipes, etc)

Pros:

All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The mall is right across the road.

Cons:

The rooms are okay but need more care and maybe an update, in my opinion. Found what was probably feces on the door handle that was right next to the toilet.
