Great Hotel
Pros:

We traveled for family matters, and although our stay was short, I must say that among all the hotels I have stayed in, the friendliness and quality of service here are truly incomparable. From the housekeeping staff to the young lady at the Bistro—her name might be Claudia, everyone was exceptional. She was very attentive and kind, with a contagious smile.
We highly recommend having more young staff, as they tend to be more empathetic and pleasant to interact with.
There was also a lady walking around the restaurant, greeting guests and being very friendly. It was so nice to see someone like that. She spoke both Spanish and English very fluently. We asked her name because her English was so impressive, Carolina.
Congratulations on having such wonderful people on your hotel team.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
