Good hotel for short term
Pros:

The customer service was excellent, the staff were courteous and very accommodating
I had to call every day to have my room cleaned even though the reception staff did write the request
That is a housekeeping problem
My main complaint was with their bistro
I have never been charged $6 for 20 oz Perrier.

Great stay
Pros:

Traveled to Florida in February 2026. Check in process very smooth. Hotel staff was extremely courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. Had an issue one night with hot water and it was promptly fixed. Would stay here again.

Tuvimos inconvenientes porque solo nos habían incluido dos personas en el desayuno y fuimos cuatro; todos los días nos preguntaban lo mismo y se justificaban porque pagamos por booking; nos dividieron la reserva y en la segunda semana nos descodificaron las llaves de la habitación y ya habíamos pagado por 21 noches. Nos quisieron cobrar estacionamiento diario y nos cobraban por pequeños paquetes de compras entregadas en el hotel

It was ok. It was clean and it was quiet
Pros:

Quiet, secluded but close to stores, movies and restaurants.

Cons:

There was a charge for parking. Although the representative waived it I think that is absurd. This is not a downtown or airport site. Also breakfast was not complementary. Too many extra charges.
