Close to airport. Staff was extremely helpful and nice!

Cons:

Seen ceiling tiles missing, water stains on ceiling. Wallpaper was ripped off wall almost falling off the wall. The over cleanliness and Maintaining could use a lot of help.

Way over priced and not very enjoyable.
Pros:

We didn’t have breakfast. First we were told breakfast wasn’t included with our stay. I showed our confirmation but decided against it.

Cons:

We should have been told the hotel was being remodeled after a flood last December. Outside appearance is terrible. Parking lot and sidewalk in bad shape. First impressions are everything.

Pros:

The woman who was checking me was wonderful. She must have been in training because a man was standing behind her helping her. When she was finished checking me in, she handed me my key and the man standing behind her announced out loud MY ROOM NUMBER!!!! I told him that I am a solo female traveler, and he should not have announced to the whole hotel lobby my room number. I was very disappointed in that.

Pros:

Restaurant/Bar very limited food selection, burgers & chicken. Did not receive requested "wake-up call". Shuttle to airport doesn't start until 8 am. Had early flight (6am). Hotel beginning to show it's age!

Cons:

A/C did not work well in room. The room phone did not work I had to go downstairs to talk to front desk (not happy about that) also I have to have front desk come to room to fix TV. No orange juice in the morning for 3 days out. Bar was out of the liquor I like to drink.

The staff were kind and friendly, allowing us to check in almost 2 hours before our check-in time. However, the tub had pink mold, and the room would not cool despite setting the AC to 65 degrees.

Pros:

The area was a little more noisy than I thought it would be, not a bad stay really just kept getting woke up at night. For a traveling field service rep losing sleep makes me miss things. Not much staff can do about that. Other Than that it was good.

Cons:

I stayed at this location as it was close to the airport and they had an airport shuttle. However upon my check in I was informed that the eariest shuttle is at 8AM, my flightwas at 6AM. I was not expecting to have to arrange my own transportation.
