You wouldn't think you were in Benidorm
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel. Good variety of food on buffet. Really large pools and plenty of sun beds.

Good storage and wardrobe space in rooms. Staff really friendly.

Good variety from buffet for all meals. Great salad and cold meats/cheese. Large variety of bakery. Good selection for kids.

Great location, away from the busy centre, 10 min walk to main stretch and beach. Bus outside hotel €2 each way. Over road rock and roll good alternative for evening out.

Cons:

Waiting for the lifts during meal times were very long, at times 15 mins when high up in hotel.

Had to pay for drinks separately at meals times excluding breakfast, you can not take your drinks into buffet even if you have purchased at the hotel or from level up. We were full board, didn't make sense.

Esperaba bastante mas....
Pros:

Lo mejor las piscinas, ambiente general. El parking. La atención del personal.

Cons:

La limpieza de la vajilla del bufette, deja bastante que desear. En una semana, no encontré un solo plato limpio. Nunca vi nada igual en ningún hotel. La cubertería se salvaba algo más. Tema de comidas, bastante batallero, al final acaba comiendo y cenando hamburguesas con patatas... El café era intragable (sin embargo el de la cafetería de las piscinas estabas muy bueno). No te pueden poner para comer marisco (fueron 2 días de 9) y que que no te pongan pinzas... al final dejas casi todo por que no lo puedes partir, absurdo... tostar el pan era una odisea, tenías que pasarlo varias veces por la tostadora, y con la cantidad de gente que hay, no procede, con lo que al final comías el pan a medio tostar. Otro problema, los ascensores... hay 8, más otro 2 que solo suben al 4º, pero es que son 23 plantas, y una cantidad de habitaciones por planta importante, con lo que a veces era una odisea coger el ascensor. Me cansé de bajar y subir escaleras. O ponen más ascensores, o quitan habitaciones... La puerta de acceso a la piscina, tienes que poner la tarjeta, y es un rollo estar pendiente de la tarjeta para entrar a las piscinas. Las instalaciones en general se ven bastante viejas, y es normal por que tienen años, pero deberían de darle un cambio de imagen a las habitaciones. Por ejemplo la zona de recepción si se ve muy nuevo, pero las habitaciones no. Cuando llegamos tuvieron que venir a reparar una mesa que estaba a punto de desarmarse, y la cisterna perdía agua, con lo que toda la semana con el ruidito de la cisterna perdiendo agua. La luz del baño es inexistente, afeitarse o maquillarse es complicado, por que no ves un carajo!

Recomendable, pero cuidado
Pros:

La piscina espectacular. Lo unico q un dia nos dejaron con el flotador y al siguente nos dijero quee estaba prohibido. Eso no lo entendo bien , pero ...

Cons:

Hemos ido con pension completa, y las bebidas las pagamos en efectivo. La neverita del cuarto la usamos para guardar yogur y leche y cuando volvimos a poner lo que habia en el mini bar dentro ,faltaba un bote de coca cola. La sorpresa fue cuando avisamos bajo en recepcion y estaba para cobranosla SIN HABERLA TOMADO. La chica si que lo quito y dice q no sabe lo que paso. Pero me parece mal porque si llego a pagar todo con tarjeta ,por 4€ q vale la coca cola q iba a subir demas la cuenta no nos damos cuenta.

Enjoyable stay, hotel been updated but a bit on the tired side. Good location handy for bus stop.
Pros:

Good large pool, good food, piping hot , lovely tender meat cooked to perfection, exceptional cakes. Very good breakfasts, lovely friendly staff everywhere/ all departments. Very good air conditioning in room, lovely view.

Cons:

Rooms/bathroom were a bit tired , although on 13th floor a lot of noise at from the nightly entertainment in room.

Sin duda los colchones y la animación bravo por ell@s 👏👏👏👏

Cons:

Lo peor que se permita fumar en una piscina llena de niños. Y sobre todo que tengan dentro del comedor un apartado reservado a los level/ Vip como si estarían en una pecera y ves pasar sus platos suculentos cuandola comida de los demás es mediocre. Comida de un tres estrellas, calidad que quitan a los huéspedes normales para darles a los level/ Vip. También te quitan las toallas de 9 a 10 en la piscina y el resto del dia nadie vigila si ya no sé utilizan las tumbonas 😏. Los ascensores lentísimos a pesar de tener muchos

Would stay again.
Pros:

Clean, good facilities. Breakfast was good everything was very clean. Not bad location and a Lidl just across the street.

Cons:

It’s a little dated in the rooms but they are very clean and have rituals shower gel and shampoo so no complaints really there.

Beautiful hotel, but cleaning needs some improvements
Pros:

The Hotel was really nice, the room was spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was clean and well kept.
We had breakfast included and we were happy with this choice. A variety of products, as one of us was on diet during our stay and we managed to find healthy food.

Cons:

The cleaning. We had to constantly ask for a toilet paper roll. This were only filled on our request. For 3 people in the room one toilet paper can be enough for 1 day, but the next day nobody refilled the sanitary products. The bathroom faucets are old and rusty. Also the balcony sliding windows were full of dust.
