Lovely hotel....perfect stay
Pros:

We stayed here just as a 3 day short break to celebrate my daughters birthday. We had a great time, there was nothing to complain about at all. The hotel was spotless, the food was great. It's the first time my husband has never moaned about the food....hallelujah at last 😂 The hotel was just a 10 min walk to the strip so just far enough back away from the noise. And, for those of you who love Lidl, there is one across the road. The local buses go up and down the road where the hotel is located. The hotel has an indoor and an outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is huge and there are plenty of sunbeds. You need a swimming caps for the indoor pool, and you can buy them from the hotel shop. They were only 1.50euro, or 1 euro. I can't remember what my daughters said they paid now. We would definitely go back to this hotel. It was faultless!

Nice hotel, 10 minutes walk into the centre/main areas. Room was ok once the aircon was sorted. Nice Pool Area!

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working in the room and it took them over 24 hours and 3 calls to resolved the problem.

A decent three star, but not a four
Pros:

I wouldn’t say this is a four star hotel, it’s a decent three star. Most things were good except the check in which was painfully slow and made a long day travelling much harder. It would have been nice to sit out by the pool after 7pm even if the pool closed, perhaps it’s the time of year but it would have been nice to have had the bar and entertainment outside. The staff were friendly and helpful overall but it was difficult to find out what was available in the all inclusive, and on some of the days the queues at the bar were unbearable.

Fabulous hotel, would definitely come back!
Pros:

Very clean and high standard room. The finishes were excellent! Very good pool area with plenty of beds for everyone. We were even upgraded when we got there to a room with a better view and it was lovely!

Cons:

The rules on inflatables were very hit and miss. Some days people were allowed them then other days the lifeguard seemed more strict. It didn’t really make sense with such a huge pool area!
