Fantastic stay
Pros:

Everything about the place. From the minute we crossed the door way we knew this was going to be a good hotel it was stunning. The staff were amazing we turned up at 9 o'clock in the morning and they were so accommodating a room wasn't quite ready for us so said to come back within the hour and they would have something ready. Which they did ...
the room was clean and tidy and comfortable, we had a bed and breakfast deal and the breakfast buffet was really good. We will defo be back.

Ya lo conocíamos y sabíamos a lo que íbamos. La piscina interior es lo más destacable del hotel.

Cons:

Hubo una convención de amas de casa y estaba a tope a la hora del desayuno, casi que tenías que luchar por una mesa.

Hotel muy bueno
Pros:

Las instalaciones en general, cama cómoda, aireacondicionado funciona correctamente, wifi perfecto en todo el hotel, buena insonorizacion de la habitación, ducha con mucha presión, minibar disponible, cama de niña amplia, la ubicación a 20 minutos caminando del centro, el buffet desayuno espectacular, nosotros estabamos en la hab1561 ,planta 15 el cual teniamos unas vistas super chulas, hay 4 ascensores por planta , no hay problema de espera, tiene spa pero va aparte del hotel, tiene habitación con maquinas recreativas y actividades muy variadas en el hotel del staff..y sobre todo mencionar en especial el equipo que lo forma, en especial el equipo de animación que son el alma del hotel, con su jefa Eva a la cabeza y todo su staff, Pablo un makina, etc ...hacen del hotel que la estancia sea muy agradable en sus instalaciones. En recepción Cristina, chica haciendo su trabajo también de 10 y muy simpática, en la puerta de restaurante la señora Eva, mujer muy amable y carismática, la chica de piso haciendo la habitación perfecta cada día...seguro que me dejo gente pero por eso le doy el 10 y no menos a la valoración y por eso las vacaciones alli son para repetir.

Cons:

En la zona de la piscina interior, aunque estan tapados , deberían arreglar los dos jacuzzis grande que tienen alli , seria un extra para el hotel. Y ampliar un poco el mini parque de niños.
