Reasonably priced ocean view (partial) room across the street from the ocean.
Pros:

Easy check-in with friendly staff. Morning coffee, juice and packaged snacks in the lobby was a nice touch. Room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

Sliding door to balcony was very hard to open and close. Bathroom tile and tub were clean but showing their age.

Short trip but Hotel all in all was very nice.Would stay there again.
Pros:

Location good.Nice and guiet.loved pool right outside patio to room.

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner.Looked like it was cleaned by unexperianced staff member. Very few coffee supplies stocked Only 1 coffee cup.

Disappointing
Pros:

Didn't try the breakfast, but the location was nice.

Cons:

We were there 5 days, the elevator was broken, and no house keeping. I had to ask for towels and wash clothes.

The price was unacceptable due to sanitation and lack of amenities.
Pros:

They had a really nice heated swimming pool. Most of the staff seemed fairly polite and were helpful. The parking was convenient, and the hotel had decent town and beach access.

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty/unclean. Mold in and around the bathrooms, cigarette butts on the balcony, and cockroaches in the room. Wasn't acceptable for the price.

The elevator kept breaking down and we had to use the stairs, not once but several times. We was on the 4th floor so it was a good hike.

Very dissatisfied!
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

It was not beach front . They didn’t have breakfast. The elevator was broken. And my microwave had food left in it full of bugs. The remote didn’t have batteries. The door had two eyehole with paper towels shoved in it.

Would not recommend. Rundown looking inside. Needs to be remodeled. Ceilings had water stains. Refrigerator was rusty.

We loved the close proximity to all the shopping and restaurants. We LOVED the pool. The staff were very nice.

The property needs a renovation badly. The bathroom in our room was not nice.
