Worst hotel experience cleanliness wise in my life.
Pros:

The pool was nice when it wasn’t over crowded.

Cons:

They gave my pet friendly room away by mistake so we were out in the 4th floor instead but the elevator didn’t work almost the entire time we were there. The room had hair from pets and humans all over the comforters and sheets. We had 3 towels and 2 washcloths for the entire 3 night stay with 4 people. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with urine all around the bottom of the toliet and hair and dirt in the tub, sink and covered the floors. There were no other rooms to be switched to.

Don’t waste your time. Especially through booking since you can’t ever get refunded

It’s was close to the beaches

Cons:

Elevators were broken, toilets weren’t working correctly, no continental breakfast. They moved our rooms we paid extra for to basic no ocean view with out refund.

It was not worth for the money but we needed something quickly.
Pros:

Very close to beach. We arrived early and was able to park is a free beach parking lot directly across the street. The front desk lady was very kind and assisted us with a minor issue in our room when we checked in.

Cons:

The AC was blowing too much condisation so the carpet felt weird. The door had a bad latch and had to force it open each time.

Not very clean. Too expensive for the condition and environment.

It was a short walk to the ocean.

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean. The hair dryer had hair and gunk all over it. Saw 4 roaches during a two night stay. They had a big fan running behind the vending machines maybe to keep them from overheating and there was a smell like it was a fire hazard possibly. There were drunk people yelling and having a domestic dispute in the parking lot. I couldn’t understand the front desk attendant and she couldn’t understand me. There was trash piled up outside and in the hallways.

We were very disappointed considering how much we paid

Location, A/C worked, beach access

Cons:

I called the front desk several times with no answer, left a message, and I also went to the front desk and spoke to two females about our microwave not working. She said someone would be by to look at it and no one ever came. The “24/7 coffee machine” was out for hours. The elevator kept overheating and we were on the 4th floor with a child having to climb four flights of stairs. Our door wouldn’t stay shut. We came back several times and our door was cracked open. We will not be back to stay here.

Not satisfied with the room
Pros:

The room was way way over priced. The carpet had tears in it and bugs in the bathroom. The clock and lamp on 1 wall did not work. The room needed a complete update on paint, and needs more places to put your clothes.

Pros:

The room wasn't bad and not much of a walk to the beach.

Cons:

Elevator was always broken and they are refusing to get it fixed, they advertise breakfast and there isn't. Pool and bathrooms dirty. Wifi sucked. Staff was rude. Price wasn't worth it. They advertise queen size beds for more and they are full size.

That is was close to beach. Not ocean front but I could see the water from my balcony. That was the best part.

Cons:

The elevator was out most of the time and I have two heel spurs.

Obx beach trip
Pros:

Elevator over heats but otherwise great little place for a short Bach trip. Very helpful with my service dog. Staff works hard to get things done !
