Fairfield Inn & Suites Odessa

The breakfast was good but the hotel is outdated. The toilet was not stable and did not flush properly. And they charge for parking which is not advertised anywhere I could find.

The breakfast was fresh and excellent. AC worked great. Angel at the desk was helpful and professional.

What I liked was the location of the hotel was perfect. It was in the perfect location to all my destinations. The breakfast was good. Will book this hotel again.

Brand name of hotel and reviews are deceiving. Hotel smelled. Rooms smelled and are extremely outdated.

Great staff

Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, housekeeping was friendly, front desk clerk, (I think her name is Passion?), was very friendly & helpful. Another clerk, (young girl with shorter hair), was rude when I had overslept one day & asked what time housekeeping left for the day. She said she wouldn’t know, then rudely asked what I needed them for. Other than that incident, our stay was great. Would definitely stay again.

It would have been great if there was facial tissue in the dispenser, an alarm clock, and extra pillows in the closet. Those are things we wouldnt expect to have to call room service for. They should be in the room already.

The staff was kind. The room was clean and ready and they respected my do not disturb sign. I needed help with WiFi and they went above and beyond. The breakfast was quite nice. I would stay here again.

Lobby area was uninviting. Had a weird charge that was never authorized for 3.00 and never removed.

We stay at a lot of Marriot properties. This is one of my lease favorite besides Corpus Christi.

The halls smelt weird. When we were heading up to our room from the bottom floor to the 3rd floor, the elevator door stopped on us while opening. We squeezed through the doors to get out. The toilet was super little. It was like an elementary sized toilet and when you have a husband 6 ft, he isn’t happy about that. The air conditioner vent had old bugs and debris in it, i was grossed out. The bed wasn’t too bad, we slept good. It was just those other little things that kill it.

This hotel is in need of a remodel and cleaning was poor. Staff at check-in was courteous and friendly. Faucet leaked, refrigerator made a noise, toilet was dirty, counterop had water stains. I did not notify the staff because we checked in quickly and had a child to get to sleep.

Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Temperature control is good. But the bathroom sink clotted up. Drained very slowly. Also, the structural strength of the floor is weak. It creaked and thumped every step the upstairs guest took.

Air stopped working, microwave didn't work. Room was clean though and beds were comfortable

Check-in was super easy! Great service provided! Room was nice & clean. Breakfast was decent with several options. I will definitely stay here again!
