Pros:

La ubicación era muy buena

Cons:

Primero q es un hotel de los 80 q se quedo en esa época, amoblamiento antiguo, desgastado, el baño igual , no andaban las luces, la ducha tenía cortina,en vez de mampara, la puerta de acceso rota, todo muy venido a menos , las instalaciones generales igual todo en mal estado, ademas de eso cero empaticos , el hotel tenía menos del 20% porciento ocupado y pedimos una habitación con vista al mar y dijeron q no, el desayuno no era bufete porqie habia poca gente a pesar de haber contratado ese sistema, el personal si era muy amable

Okay for a day
Pros:

Beautiful views and nice swimming pool. Loud music all day by the pool, some might enjoy, but after an hour of loud soft reggae, I didn’t want to stay there. Access to the sea might be difficult for some, there is no beach. Beds are good but double beds are narrow, as elsewhere in Mexico. Not all rooms have a balcony. Breakfast is very tasteful but limited choice: coffee or tea, fruit or juice, toast with marmelade, eggs; probably boring after a couple days.

The property is older, outdated, and using cheap materials.

Cons:

Absolutely no coordination between the hotel and dive shop. Led to a wasted trip and stay, with no coordination, or communication between the two it led to our family trip ruined.

Been going there for 20 years not much I don't like about Coral Princess

Cons:

They're cutting things that we enjoyed in years past. Restaurant is closed in afternoon and evening. They used to have a weekly barbecue and the pool used to be warmer.

Muy cerca del centro y las instalaciones cómodas. El desayuno incluido también está rico.
Lo mejor fue la gran atención del personal. Dejamos un teléfono en la habitación al hacer el check-out y no nos dimos cuenta hasta unos minutos antes de abordar el vuelo. Contactamos a recepción y nos hicieron el gran favor de llevarnos el teléfono hasta el aeropuerto. 100% recomendado. Muchas gracias a Iván y al personal del hotel.

Cons:

Tal vez el horario del restaurante pero se entiende. Igual está muy cerca el centro para ir a cenar

Great Hotel with Spectacular ocean view and snorkeling.
Pros:

We chose this Hotel to spend six days in Cozumel Mexico, to get a break from our weather in Canada. Very pleased with our pick. The view from our ocean view room is truly spectacular. Room is very clean. All the staff here is absolutely amazing. Everyone is very helpful and polite. We really enjoyed delicious breakfast at the Hotel's restaurant every morning. Food here is phenomenal. Service at the restaurant is top notch. If you are into snorkeling, then this is a perfect place to be. Crystal clear water and no sargassum, which makes a huge difference for snorkeling. There are tons of colorful fish, white spotted sting rays and an occasional turtle going by. Beautiful man made sand beach with plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. If you are into long walks...you can walk to the center of the city. Approximately 45 minute walk. You can also take an air conditioned taxi for $10 each way....which is very reasonable. You are on vacation...keep that in mind. If you like to rent a scooter or a Jeep to go around the island, they can arrange that for you too. I strongly recommend renting a Jeep and go see place on this island.
Enjoy your time here and try not to pick on little things. This place is Great!!!
