A comfortable stay with lovely garden and pool area, walkable to Carmel
Pros:

We arrived on a very hot day, so it was a massive bonus having an afternoon by the lovely pool and hot tub! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and it was just a 20 minute walk into Carmel (albeit over a busy road)

Cons:

Would have liked a kettle in the room (although maybe that's just being British!)

A nice hotel, but beware the extra charges for parking and wifi.
Pros:

It is a nice hotel with a nice pool and other facilities, well located in Carmel.

Cons:

I didn't like that they charge extra for parking and wifi. Given the room rates this should be complementary.

La habitación no la hicieron bien (camas a medias), no tenía ventilación excepto por la puerta que daba al parking. Este lo cobran a todos los huéspedes. La piscina no era agradable.

To truly experience the charm and magic of Carmel, I would recommend staying in the village itself
Pros:

There’s a small area right across the street with a Starbucks and a few charming little shops, which is very convenient.

Cons:

This property is not located in the center of Carmel, so having a car is necessary to get around. As a result, you won’t experience the full “Carmel charm” just by walking out of the hotel.
There was no one from reception to escort us to the room, so we had difficulty finding it. The rooms and bathrooms are average.
