I didn’t like this hotel.

Cons:

I would not recommend this hotel. It’s below basic.e They behave unfairly and charge extra for random made‑up fees — it feels like pure dishonesty. On top of that, they even charge for parking, just another way for them to squeeze more money out of guests.

Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

$100 pet fee, $30 to park your car plus tax. My $250 room turned into $400. Completely ridiculous. I will never stay there again that’s just obnoxious.

A comfortable stay with lovely garden and pool area, walkable to Carmel
Pros:

We arrived on a very hot day, so it was a massive bonus having an afternoon by the lovely pool and hot tub! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and it was just a 20 minute walk into Carmel (albeit over a busy road)

Cons:

Would have liked a kettle in the room (although maybe that's just being British!)
