Everything from the people allowed to stay to the noise got ripped of on washers and dryers and they were all dirty

Everything was bad. False advertisement. Front desk super rude. The smell of smoke was wreaking.. ppl would be smoking on the elevator. DONT STAY HERE

Mold, mildew, in the windows and the vent in the restroom and the air conditioner in the room which caused us to sneeze, have red eyes, itchy throat and ears nonstop, I definitely know the stocks went up for Claritin, started, Lysol and bleach that’s how much we were purchasing every other day. Management did not care to responsibility and help us with our concerns. Orkin coming in our room no notice given spraying in our which caused our respiratory system to get even worst. Management stated if we did not allow the Orkin
company to come into our room and stay we would have to check out. The queen bed was a plywood on a rolling bed frame that was not connected to headboard floor, or wall any move you make to get up or go back into bed you have to be extremely careful because you would literally slide and fall. The vent in the bathroom did not work just made a lot of noise when you turned it on. You get 2 towels for your whole stay there. When the towels got dirty you have to go wash them in their laundromat in the building which cost 2 dollars for the washing machine and 2 dollars for the dryer which does not wash thoroughly or dry the clothes. Housekeeper will clean your room 1 time a week other than that if you run out of toilet paper or plastic bags for your garbage you have to go buy your own, as well as no kitchen supplies, no iron or ironing board which extended stays usually provide. When I reserved the room it was to be non smoking room but it was not. Every single person in that extended stay was a smoker because you would always see them in the morning, afternoon, evening outside smoking their lungs away. When the concern was brought up to management their response was they are booked and there is nothing they can do about it. Being a traveler and staying at several extended stays before I have never been disappointed but this is not an extended stay it is an actual residency where people actually live with their kids and the elderly live there as well.

No kitchen utilities at all, unable even to make tea or coffee, have to buy tea kettle to boil water. How may someone use kitchen without utilities? There were no cups or plates, no pans ot skillets, just old and empty kitchen cabinets.
No blanket, had to buy own, as we were very cold at night ( was cold weather ). Water was running warm, not hot, and low pressure, so was not fun to take a shower. Were given one towel per person for 2 weeks. We had to buy toilet paper, as it was not replacing. No soap, shampoo or gel provided.
Furniture are old. Room is not comfy.
Smell is bad , but unable to ventilated, as was told that we not suppose to open windows.
I would not recommend to stay at that place.

No dishes, coffee or vending machines

mold smell dirty walls mattress dirty holes on the curtains it was truly a disaster NEVER AGAIN

Needs updating

Was fully booked and front desk never answers the phone. Just to get called a hour before check-in that they are the hotel fully booked

It is a older building with older accommodations.
