No fan in the bathroom after showering
Beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly situated, reasonably priced considering the area, with exceptional staff. Really felt like we had concierge service, especially with the valet parking option

The room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The Inn was beautiful in all aspects from the lobby area to the location to the room. The bed was comfortable and cozy. Great place for a getaway. Will absolutely come back and highly recommend. This place exceeded all expectations.
Not a thing about here to not like.
We had a sea view and that was amazing, nothing like falling asleep to the sound of waves.
The only real complaint was the price, but that is to be expected when staying by the water.
Anything that didn't work was fixed within minutes. We stayed for a week and were pampered and spoiled by all staff members. A wonderful experience.
A wider selection for breakfast would be nice. But most people probably don't stay a whole week.

No AC so we had to keep the windows open, there’s a loud bar directly across the street.
location was nice connected to a small beach
staff was ok. when you check in they seem very happy and tell you they have a wine gathering in the lobby for guest to come and enjoy between 4-6pm. 2nd night we were there we walked in after a day of walking around and decided to take advantage of the wine tasting there was 3 of us adults and it seemed like they had an issue with giving us each a glass of wine. i wasn’t sure if maybe we were supposed to all share one glass but in no shape or form were we intoxicated as none of us had consumed any alcohol the whole trip other than the 1 glass of wine given. the rooms were very humid the air conditioning if they have any does not work at all. i would probably not stay here again which was unfortunate because the reviews were high and we were looking forward to it.

Very outdated and overpriced
Lovely quaint room
Valet parking was just street parking without worrying about the meter. We did the street parking and because of the timing it cost us $2 overall for the stay rather than the valet price.
Proximity to shopping and restaurants.
The beach has public access and there’s no enforcement on noise ordinances. Screaming kids on the beach. Not that I don’t like kids, but when you go to relax and not being able to open windows because of the loud noises make it non relaxing. Other areas that could have been controlled are the hotels methods of keeping clean, they started vacuuming at 2 am!. This was insane, and the opposite of a quiet stay.
The property is located on Cannery Row, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and attractions.
