Beachfront inn with character and charm! Really a joy!
Pros:

Great character for this inn. Nice continental breakfast brought to the room in the morning and everyone was so pleasant and helpful!

Cons:

Did not realize when booking that this inn didn't have any air conditioning, but it has a ceiling fan, in room oscillating fan, and windows opened so it was really nice!

Wonderful.
Pros:

We were a little disappointed initially that we didn't have an ocean view. But in the end the activity along Cannery Row was very entertaining. We liked it.

Nice place to stay but be cautious about booking a none ocean view room.

Location is amazing. Super clean. Staff was great.

Cons:

No A/C which i did not check myself before booking. I think we would’ve been fine in an ocean view room, but if you have to keep your windows open like we did on the road side the people at the bar across the street will keep you up late.

The hotel was very clean, but it’s definitely in need of some renovations. Lots of faded furniture and gloppy levels of paint covering old paint in places.

Grundsätzlich ein sehr nettes Hotel und ansprechende Zimmer

Cons:

Die Dame bei der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich , da fühlt man sich gleich nicht wohl ! Dusche mit Vorhang , sehr unangenehm! Und das Frühstück eine Zumutung ! Kein Gebäck kein Schinken kein Käse .. lediglich ein bisserl Obst und ein hartes Ei (ohne sonst allen)

One time only stay….wouldnt do again based on price vs other options in the area.

The location and view are excellent. Rooms are beautiful as well. The bell staff and valet guys were great.

Cons:

Its overpriced for what it is. Fan is an absolute or the room is stuffy. One elevator, and Front check in staff aren’t friendly- professional yes, but not personable.

It was a good are to investigate Monterey/Pacific Grice for your first time.

Cons:

When we got in the room it was very warm. I didn’t realize there was not air conditioning! Luckily, we were able to open the windows, and the few days we were there it was cool outside. But, we didn’t like having to open the windows to cool down the room. Who knows what could have flown in.
Also, we were there on a weekend, and the bar across the street was very noisy at night. People hanging out on the sidewalk. So, we had to close the windows just so we didn’t hear all the noise.
