The convenience of everything. The location was exceptional! The staff was nice and the rooms were clean.

Cons:

There was absolutely no AC.. and the room was 85 degrees! When we asked the staff about the ac they said to open the windows and they have a little fan in the closet. The fan did absolutely nothing.. barely blew any air and the windows opened only helped at night. But then there was a drunken man outside our window making lots of noise. Worse sleep I've ever had. The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up with back pain.

The location was so convenient to walk to the aquarium and nice shops near by. A lot of wonderful restaurants too.

Cons:

Everything was so clean and classy. The staff were exceptional and so kind. They always greeted us and offered assistance. They were always on time and made sure we were well taken care of.

Pros:

The valet drivers were very nice.
Wine and cheese was a nice touch and the breakfast to your room was lovely. Noon check out was great. I recommend getting a street view with balcony!!

Cons:

4 o'clock check in. I realize most places have 4 o'clock check in. But they usually accommodate if you come in a little early.
