The valet drivers were very nice.
Wine and cheese was a nice touch and the breakfast to your room was lovely. Noon check out was great. I recommend getting a street view with balcony!!
4 o'clock check in. I realize most places have 4 o'clock check in. But they usually accommodate if you come in a little early.
Proximity to the shops and restaurants
Too noisy in the evening, next visit will be on the opposite side of the Hotel.
Super Lage, sehr bequemes Bett und geräumiges Zimmer.
Das Frühstück ans Zimmer ist eine super Idee aber satt wird man davon leider nicht.
Property is amazing . Very classy , yet so modern and well maintained. Super clean . Stuff was super friendly and accommodating. View is stunning. As perfect as it gets !
It is perfect . Nothing to dislike
The location was great and windows opened to get the cool air at night.
No air conditioning in the room. The was about 80 degrees it took about 30 mintues to get the room comfortable. We had the ceiling fan on, the floor fan and closed the curtains.
The valet parking was very expensive.
Our stay was over the top wonderful! Loved the room, the bay windows that you could sit in and enjoy the fabulous view with the windows open so you hear the surf, loved the fireplace, the comfy chairs, the small table to enjoy the free breakfast that was delivered to the room, enjoyed the wine and cheese reception each evening. So many little things, a fresh rose in the room, and our room was made up each day without asking for it. The lighting in the room is romantic. In my opinion, it's better value and ambiance than the Plaza hotel down the street where we recently stayed.
Water pressure for the shower was a little low

Unbeknownst to us there was a working sauna room off the side of our bathroom that we made use of.
It was stunning! We watched the sea otters play in the ocean through our window. The bed and fireplace were fantastic. It was a short walk to the aquarium and we went to dinner nearby.
The view was perfect, the breakfast was fulfilling, and the room was a beautiful atmosphere. I would stay here again, staff was nice and helpful.

It was close to the bay
I was told when I reserved the room that it would face the bay. When I checked in I was told that the rooms facing the bay were taken. I explained my case and was told that there was nothing they could do. A bay-facing room was the only reason I got it for my wife's birthday.
Beautiful room, fireplace, very clean, friendly staff, great location. We liked everything!
We loved our stay here! Our room was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. We loved the window seat looking out over the bay. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location was perfect. Very convenient to the aquarium, shops and restaurants. Would definitely visit again!
