Very quaint , clean comfy rooms
Pros:

Last minute, we decided to stay at this cute little hotel for one night , very quaint ,. Nice sized room , comfy bed , nice little balcony and great view of park and bay , sea lions and otters , great free continental breakfast , with a parking garage is a big plus as parking can be hard to find and pricey . Friendly staff , room service , we would definitely stay again !!! And I almost forgot. They have cute jacuzzi in the roof overlooking the open ocean !!!

Loved it and are looking forward to returning.
Pros:

Staff were excellent throughout the stay. Very helpful with tips on restaurants, locations to visit etc.
The room was lovely, clean, tidy and very well equipped.

Cons:

Not an issue for us in a March visit, but no aircon could be an issue in the summer.

Overpriced given the quality
Pros:

Parking. Location. Breakfast.

Cons:

Room had a stale smell. The shower was horrible. Facility a little run down. No microwave and the common room where there was one was a mess.

First time great experience and super clean and warm home vibes.
Pros:

Location, super clean, good amenities, welcoming and warm cozy vibes. Great view from balcony. Coffee machine and Refrigerator a plus.
Bed was comfortable and A/C and heater plus and balcony was nice.

Cons:

No microwave in room.

Great location and great staff
Pros:

The member of staff at check-in was an absolute dream - he gave us all of the information needed and could not have been more helpful/ Location is excellent, located on Cannery Row and with 5-10 minute walk in one direction to the aquarium and the same distance the other way to the wharf.

Cons:

The hotel is a little dated and the area with the hot tub could do with being refreshed, but overall nothing major stands out.

Highlight of our trip!
Pros:

We rode the Harley up from SoCal and it was so pretty when we got there, we reconsidered upgrading to a room with a better view. We paid a little more and were given room 320. The view is gorgeous! We watched the sunrise, birds and sea otters. There were baby otters calling to their mothers directly below our room. Adorable! We were right on Cannery row so we walked to the local shops and dinner. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They took towels to the hot tub when we mentioned going. The hot tub on the fourth floor was amazing! Beautiful view, hot water and the jet settings were perfect. Everything was clean, cozy bed, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, the fireplace was lit in our room. It was wonderful. You fill out a card to hang from the door for free breakfast and when you’d like it. The fruit was delicious! We also enjoyed the croissants, yogurt and coffee. I highly recommend a stay here and if you’re able, get room 320. There’s another room like ours but I don’t know the number. They have jetted tubs in them. Ours overlooked the water.😁

Liked the location of the hotel, not sure I would stay there again or recommend it.
Pros:

Great view of the bay. Easy walking access to surrounding area (Fisherman's Warf, downtown, Aquarium). Wonderful walking paths nearby. Liked the in room continental breakfasts.

Cons:

The room was very noisy could hear the people above us walking around sounded like a herd of elephants. Room was very stuffy and hot, no A/C or ventilation. Did find a fan in the closet that helped. Opened balcony door at night but was loud (traffic and water fountain). For the most part staff was pleasant although one young man offered NO apologies or help with the stuffiness of the room and his attitude was lackadaisical about it.

Vergonzoso trato

Fue un comportamiento vergonzoso. Tan solo 2 horas después de hacer la reserva, me vi obligado a anularla por alerta roja y riesgo extremo de inundaciones, de hecho tramos de la carretera estaban cortados. Pero el hotel se negó a hacerme el reembolso, ni siquiera de forma parcial, insistiendo en cobrar el 100% de la reserva a pesar de los motivos de peso y de tan solo haber transcurrido 2 horas de la reserva. Muestran una clara mala fe, sin importarles fidelizar a sus clientes y tal solo preocupándose de la facturación.
