It was ok but next time I would probably use another hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast brought to the rooms was nice and unique. Excellent access to all sorts of shops and the aquarium. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, we really liked the private patio.

Cons:

I had asked for an early check in and never heard back from the hotel. Then when we arrived, our rooms were not ready yet, with zero communication from the hotel and they were super snippy about it when my husband asked about it. Thankfully we didn’t deal with the staff after that.

The week before the trip, I called the hotel to see if we could add another evening to our reservation. Because I booked through Booking.com, hotel staff told me they were unable to add a night. I asked if I could book the first night directly through the hotel and they told me no. The staff was nice enough, they just weren’t super great or accommodating.
