Horrible! Heat stuck on in July and bar employee was beyond miserable and rude

The location is the only thing that was good!

Cons:

The heat was stuck on in our room and we called up front to let them know and they said they would send somebody to fix it and never did so we literally sweat profusely all night it was beyond miserable, the staff at the bar treated my husband like he was some homeless drunk guy when he entered the bar. The lady then told other employees that he showed up drunk and beligerent and he was stone sober!! The next morning he went to get breakfast and spoke to a manager and let him know what had happened. The manager was extremely nice and was not happy with the employee who not only lied but refused to serve my husband a single beer! I had very high expectations staying there and unfortunately that place fell far below anything I expected.

Fun time at the Hilton Garden Inn
Pros:

As always the Hilton Garden in was very nice. It is my home away from home. Christina, Guy, Gabbi, and Mark always make my stay fun. My nephews got to enjoy the pool and make some friends

Let's make this clear. I have stayed at this hotel before and it was good. I didn't stay this time. I was there on June 4th and had scheduled the ring month. They had no rooms that night. Iwas told this would be an easy fix but the management never got back to me and I was charged for a room I couldn't stay in because of work

A very wonderful place to for a last minute commendation, when I had my reservation commendation for my family frist

Kelly the manager was very friendly and professional, the front desk mark, Guy and Emily was phenomenal, Colleen was outstanding with my family breakfast order very polite and kind plus helpful. My family I really enjoy our stay with professional crew members that we had i would continue to book my stay here thank you everyone who made our stay pleasant.

I wouldn't stay at this location again, just lacked excitement. Didn't even take a pic of the room

My son said that this location was better than his stay with his mother in Michigan the weekend before. Its why we picked this hotel. He said the staff was nicer.

Cons:

Our room was missing the chair so there wasn't a place for him to sit... The bedding seemed tired, the TV seemed small... The bathroom seemed tired... Maybe because we usually stay at new locations like Tru??

The hotel is in a good location for us with many restaurants. Joey’s Italian Restaurant is a nearby favorite. The staff is friendly, the hotel is quiet, and it has a good breakfast menu with good service.
