Die Dame an der Rezeption hat deutsch gesprochen und war sehr nett.Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir das Schwimmbad nicht benutzen aus technischen Gründen dafür konnten wir kostenfrei im Parkhaus bleiben.Die Bettlaken waren nicht befestigt das war etwas unangenehm und die Klimaanlage war ziemlich laut.

Jestem raczej ukontentowany.
Pros:

Dobrze skomunikowany - blisko dworzec PKP i przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Przyjazny dzieciom. Smaczne śniadania. Miły personel. W pokojach czysto i cicho.

Cons:

Akurat basen był niedostępny. Trchoę to popsuło dzieciom humor, ale rozumiem - zdarza się, że czasem wymaga konserwacji. Kawa z ekspresów w restauracji śniadaniowej mocno średnia. Z resztą trudno było ją sobie w ogóle zrobić - albo jakiś ekspres nie działał w ogóle, albo, pomimo pełnego pojeminka na mleko, nie chciał przygotowywać mlecznych kaw. Sauna mała.

Bdb lokalizacja, w środku cicho i spokojnie, spory parking podziemny. Dla dzieci gofry na śniadanie i kącik zabaw dla dzieci.

Przy wyborze kierowaliśmy się dostępnością basenu, niestety po przyjeździe okazało się że basen jest nieczynny o czym nie zostaliśmy uprzedzeni. Wentylacja trochę hałaśliwa, stan wyposażenia pokoju raczej z widocznym zużyciem. Śniadanie nie porywające. Słaba kawa.
