Znakomita lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko! Śniadania to mistrzostwo świata - pyszne i bardzo różnorodne+ obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Pokoje komfortowe, czyste i zadbane. Personel zawsze pomocny i życzliwy. Świetny hotel!
Basen się zepsuł, rozumiem, że to niczyja wina, ale przyznam, że pobyt z dziećmi, które chciały popływać był lekko męczący. Szkoda, że okna się nie otwierają i nie można wpuścić świeżego powietrza.

Pobyt w tym hotelu był naprawdę rewelacyjny! 😊 Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie – bardzo miła, pomocna i profesjonalna. Śniadania przepyszne, duży wybór i wszystko świeże. Hotel jest bardzo czysty i zadbany, a jego lokalizacja to ogromny plus – wszędzie jest blisko. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością wrócę ponownie! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, profesjonalne podejście do klienta. Pan na recepcji na medal. Na korytarzu dystrybutor z darmową dla gości wodą - do wyboru gazowana, niegazowana, zimna - to duży plus. W pokoju karafka na wodę, czajnik, ekspres do kawy nespresso - wszystko czego trzeba do zaspokojenia pragnienia :). Śniadania bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Obsługa na bieżąco sprzątała i dbała o czystość sali restauracyjnej.
Łazienka przestronna i komfortowa.
Jeśli miałabym coś wskazać - czystość wykładziny przy wejściu do restauracji. Na pewno ciężko ją utrzymać w bardzo dobrym stanie przy tylu gościach, ale pewnie są jakieś inne rozwiązania, które można zastosować, żeby zrobić lepsze wrażenie.

Śniadwnie bardzo dobre każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, lokalizacja blisko starówki to wielki plus obiektu.Miła obsługa. Restauracja poleca smaczne obiady.

Świetna lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko na piechotę. Brak problemu z miejscem parkingowym (garaż podziemny). Dobre WiFi.
Śniadania w miarę ok jak na 4 gwiazdki. Bufet ciepły i zimny w normie - poza brakiem bekonu. Pieczywo, desery, owoce, napoje także w normie+ dla tej klasy. Ciekawe urozmaicenia - gofry, popcorn, okazjonalnie live cooking. Obsługa bardzo miła.
Czystość hotelu pozostawia wiele do życzenia (vide zdjęcia). Ogólnie hotelowi przydałoby się odświeżenie, bo lata świetności ma chyba za sobą. Lokalizacja bardzo hałaśliwa - tramwaje w Szczecinie są wyjątkowo głośne, sporo też hałasu motocyklowego i głośnych rozmów/nocnych krzyków ulicznych (na szczęście okna w miarę wyciszające). Łóżka słabe - materace piankowe niskiej jakości (vide zdjęcia). Mało gniazdek elektrycznych.

Pobyt był krótki więc trudno ocenić wszystko. Na pewno fajna lokalizacja, smaczne śniadanie.
Minusem jest fakt że nie ma żadnych małych dodatków w pokoju, które spotykamy w innych hotelach. Naklejka że jeśli potrzebujesz czegoś to poproś w recepcji jest schowana za ruchomym lusterkiem. I drogi parking hotelowy.
