Very stressful

The bed was comfortable

an hour echeck
in when i had booked my room weeks in advance. I asked for the room to be cleaned I was told I should have asked for that when i checked in which i was not told when i checked in. I had to sleep on the same sweaty bed sheets for two nights. Awful!!!!

Extremely disappointing stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel was fantastic and very convenient, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower, which made it very uncomfortable to use. We were also only provided with two sets of towels for a family of four. Although we requested additional towels, none were ever brought to us.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was also an issue, as there was visible mould in the shower. To make matters worse, the breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. Not only was the food of very poor quality, but there was even bread served with visible mould on it, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns.
Overall, while the location was great, the lack of basic facilities, poor cleanliness, and unacceptable food standards made this a very disappointing stay.

We’re glad we were able to get a room last-minute but rooms need deep cleaning and the property could use much better up

Very strong pet odors in both rooms and the property hasn’t been kept up. Breakfast was pretty dismal.

Location is great! Upgrade to an upstairs room would’ve been fabulous! But we were ground floor near the street.
Pros:

Hotel is conveniently located near the Wharf, Cannary Row, and Downtown.

Cons:

You have to request for fresh towels and even then they don’t give you enough and to clean your room you have to call before 9.

Worst stay i have had in a long time at a hotel.

Such a shame. Not guest focused at all
Pros:

The building is charming and a great location

Cons:

The toilet was broken in our room and after maintenance was called - over 2.5 hours later when we returned from dinner (with 2 children) the broken toilet had still not been fixed.

The room offered was absolutely awful as the sofa bed couldn’t host two children!

All the staff could say was “maintenance had gone home” and had very little empathy. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even though the room we originally had was lovely.

other then parking its a great place to stay
