Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Renovation work is taking place until December 2025. The common areas and some rooms are under renovation. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Atendeu às expectativas!
Pros:

A estadia atendeu às expectativas. O quarto é amplo, limpo e bem iluminado. Algumas instalações do solário, como a sauna, estavam interditadas, mas o hotel deu ciência prévia desta situação. O café da manhã também conta com ótimas alternativas.

Cons:

Achei o banheiro pequeno / apertado, mas não comprometeu a estadia.

great place, ideal location
Pros:

Rodrigo at check in is super helpful and so are the other staff. Leonardo in the breakfast and the rest are angels. Couple of areas of concern. The bathroom is really cramped and makes us think twice to book here. this is my fourth stay over a fortnight in the last eighteen months. As a regular, I hope the next time, I am provided a better room. The kitchen quality can also improve.

Uma noite em São Paulo
Pros:

Localização excelente!
Quarto 1803 reformado, espaçoso, com móveis novinhos, e uma linda vista da cidade, com ótimo isolamento acústico.
Gentileza e simpatia dos funcionários na recepção, foi nos oferecido espumante de boas vindas (no bar) pelo aniversário de casamento, e água mineral (no quarto).
Roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, várias amenidades disponíveis para o banho, também roupão e chinelos, e inclusive tinha máquina de café.
Espelho de aumento no banheiro e de corpo inteiro no quarto.
Estacionamento no local.

Cons:

Black out da janela/porta da varanda deixa muito a desejar. Além disso, a luz do ar condicionado e led da TV atrapalham significativamente o sono, a porta de entrada do quarto também escapa muita luz pela lateral e embaixo da porta.
Café da manhã apenas razoável para um 4 estrelas, restaurante necessitando de uma reforma e repaginação urgente, ambiente desconfortável, mesas muito próximas e local barulhento. Também precisam ter mais produtos sem glúten e sem lactose, tinha apenas pão de forma de farinha branca.
Custo total alto para o que é oferecido.
