According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Renovation work is taking place until December 2025. The common areas and some rooms are under renovation. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A localização era exatamente o que eu precisava. Certamente vou me hospedar lá mais vezes.
A equipe foi super gentil e solícita. Eu tive um imprevisto e cheguei muito tarde, o restaurante já havia encerrado. Mesmo assim, eles fizeram meu jantar e levaram no quarto. Eu achei isso extremamente gentil por parte da equipe, pois eles não precisavam fazer isso.
O ar condicionado do meu quarto começou a fazer um barulho esquisito durante a noite, acredito que seja por causa da "idade do aparelho". Mas, eu não cheguei a pedir alterações. Resolvi usando o controle mesmo e isso não representou um problema. Minha sugestão: observar a manutenção desses aparelhos de ar condicionado. O resto estava perfeito.

Ar condicionado mal direcionado, o quarto 410 não fica frio como gosto (ou seja, bem frio). Sou grande, 1,90m, o espaço do vaso sanitário é pequeno. O salão do café da manhã é bem barulhento, fica parecendo um buteco
