According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Renovation work is taking place until December 2025. The common areas and some rooms are under renovation. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. Fiquei hospedado no segundo andar, numeração 206. A acomodação fica de frente à avenida com algum bar/restaurante em que estavam de festa até altas horas, barulho parecia que estava dentro do quarto. Na próxima vez prefiro acomodação em andar mais alto.

I loved this place. Located so it is walkable to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are large and comfy. Restaurant is spacious and has a great selection. Breakfast is spectacular.
Location is fantastic, facilities are decent.
Attention of some staff, particularly at a hotel where you pay more than 400 per night , no one comes forward to even help you with your bags. Value for money relation is lacking.
