Staff, restaurant.... thats it

Cons:

Holes in wall brown looking splater on ceilings, matress look like been there since 1902. Room was clean looking carpets had stains on it... ...... I did not take off my shoes or clothes. I slept in my clothes with hoodie wrapped up on top of not so clean looking sheets...

It met my basic needs (bed, bathroom) but was very hard to overlook and the smell of smoke.
Pros:

It was close to NIH

Cons:

Room and hallways had a very heavy smell of smoke. I could even smell it in the pillows. Elevator was out of service.

The room was okay, but the TV did not work, I mentioned it to the clerk she said she would get someone to come in and look at it. That was a no show nobody to help...I left to go to work @6am with plans to return at 9:30 a.m. to see if television was fixed, and pay for an additional day. The day clerk Patricia told me that my room was checked out already 11:00 didn't even come yet so I didn't get my full-time of the room. And my TV was never repaired. And I asked about my room she said I cannot get it back because it's under maintenance. How does the room become under maintenance when I just left it? I asked if I can get some type of discount for the next room. He said it wasn't in her power and I would have to wait till 1:00 or 2:00 in the afternoon. You would think she would get her general manager on the phone if a customer is having an issue. Anyway instead of getting a room there I went next door to the other hotel

You have a good location but it's smell extremely bad , to many furniture stuffed in the room. It's hard for me to call hotel.

Cons:

I'm not going to recommended to anybody. I didn't even spend the night at your hotel I had to pay another money for a hotel again

The pictures are deceiving very deceiving.

Cons:

We got there walked into the first room completely smelled like cigarette smoke, and there was splatter of some sort on the walls. And a hole in the sheets, mind you they didn’t even look clean. I then had asked for another room this room, not only had a funny smell, but there was blood on the sheets blood in the bathtub and on the ground. Then while leaving a man exited the elevator, I peed then we seen him walking into the building was confused on how he just got off on the floor upstairs and then was coming in downstairs. You could see the wetness down his leg was not mindful of cleaning up the elevator nor himself . As my husband went up to show the gentleman at the front desk, what we noticed in the second room I waited downstairs because I could not take the smell. He then came down, printed out our paper and approved our refund. This was very disappointing to experience, especially coming from so far away.

Uneventful but fine

Breakfast would be awesome, and the parking there is horrendous. The parking lot it tiny and tight spaces and 20 dollars a day to park is insane to me.

Bad. I pray I never have to stay in such a place. It cost the same as nice new clean 4 * in Area

Location was dirty and grimy. Right from the parking lot

I checked out after 5 minutes. The receptionist /staff did not even ask why.
