Not sure how to review this property.🤔
The staff is very kind but the guest could be tricky. Domestic Violence could upset your peace of mind and your children definitely should not be in such an environment. Toxic guest are the issue here and not having security here after 7pm (office closes) is not good. 😵💫
Note: No one can predict people’s mind states & not everyone can read energy. Also, if you have a lot of personal items to bring at check-in, there isn’t a luggage cart for your convenience. 😧
In addition, I never expected a hotel to not have hot water at any time of the day. I found that odd along with machines not working in the laundry room. 😳
My family will be seeking accommodations elsewhere. 🫤
Advice to Intown Suites: Although you all have been kind, be mindful of where you place families with children. ⚠️
The area was pretty good. It was right beside Kroger. I could walk to Kroger, and a couple restaurants close by. I rented here in an upgraded room several months ago that was 10 times better than this standard room I rented this time
Roaches were everywhere. There was an old stained, broken, and disgusting couch in the room that looked like someone might’ve put by the dumpster and the hotel decided to bring it in. I couldn’t even cook because so many roaches. It reminded me of the apartment Eddie Murphy moved into on the movie Coming to America( before it was renovated). The cable went out late Saturday night and was still off when I left that Monday. The manager would be standing beside the phone while it’s ringing, and refuse to pick it up. My toilet got stopped up. I wonder who’s in charge of the whole company and do they have a clue how to run a hotel. If you decide to stay in one check the room first and get an upgraded room on the top floors. I had an upgraded room at this location a few months earlier and it was a night and day difference. Top floors usually have less roaches in most hotels. And perhaps use the roach fogger before moving in. I just paid a few extra bucks and got a way better hotel at the Studio 6. Horrible experience
Tina was exceptional and professional, courteous, and caring. However, the elevator was broken and we located on the 4th floor. It’s was a discomfort to my disabled mother. Tina tried to make it right she is awesome
The rooms
Elevator went out and I was on 4th floor
The friendly cleaning staff
The General Manager and the cleanliness of the rooms very unsatisfactory
They charged my credit card and I did not stay there. Calling my bank!
They stole my Adidas grey and white warm up sport pants! $70
Area is great but the place is horrible. We checked several rooms before checking in and chose one that looked kind of decent even though the paint odor was very strong. The other rooms had many other problems so we decided on this one.
Internet was not working, light in the bathroom and next to the bed were not working, sofa was broken; even though this is an extended stay hotel, there were no dishes, no pans, no silverware in the room. Toilet clogged several times and we were told we use toilet paper! ! Reception is closed all day Sunday and on Monday when we complained , we were told we had to check the room when we came. The 800 number they gave us for help with the internet, was just a recording and couldn’t help. Reception is supposed to be open at 9, but they open at 11 and u can check out only between 11-12 or u r charged an extra day. No support from front desk ever, as they never answer phone calls. Expedia tried to contact them for hours with no one ever picking up the phone we paid for a week and they refused to give us a refund but because we could no longer tolerate the conditions, we left after 4 days.
Yelling kids all night long every night
Friendly staff. Close to stores.
I liked the Small kitchen
Couldn’t afford stay. Mixup between card that was used via card the property had on file.
It was decent, I would say the pictures online are not up to date. & the rooms are really close together so you can hear everything that is going on. But if you are looking for something affordable that is the place to go.
My room was infected with Cockroaches
Get you properly Treated
Great customer care
The manager was really nice
Didn’t have my reservation ready in time, room had roaches, had a smell, bed was really hard, a lot of noise
