Fine, I was in a tough situation and staff came through for me
Pros:

I had a family emergency so I had to book my room while traveling and when I arrived the staff office was closed, but the checked me in so I could get some sleep

Cons:

I was away during business hours, so I never got to get fresh towels.

Pros:

I don’t know they don’t offer breakfast and I couldn’t get in even with reservations. He said I gave him a 1 star rating and I only go here because of my job. I’m not sure what other activities go on here. I said something to them and they won’t correct it. Cameras in places and have cia programs invade people’s space, I don’t know they’re involved? So I tried to get them to tell the truth but puppets do the darnest things.

I’m trying to get them to understand I’m in a domestic situation. I don’t want to be used in things assuming for the occult! I don’t have any friends or relatives who should be in the facility.

Won’t come back
Pros:

Location good for us. Price was very affordable.

Cons:

Rooms are very noisy, rooms outdated, kitchen without any utensils. Not even a plate or pan. Nothing.

Pros:

The staff was super helpful and rooms are newly remodeled and are nice. I was hesitant to book because there were some bad reviews and a handful mentioned roaches. We did not see a single bug and while we were there for a week, someone had come to spray for bugs. Would highly recommend, nice staff, clean, comfortable and a great location!

Cons:

Neighbors were kinda loud at night, and the frotlnt desk had weird hours because it is mostly long term people in there.

Pros:

The back doors did not function properly is my only concern. The room was clean and everything did work. The people staying there were very nice.

The office hours were weird to me. 11-7 and closed on Sunday. I am accustomed to having earlier hours as well.

Nice room need more help with bugs
Pros:

The room itself was perfect for what I needed. Studio style with a full kitchen. However the bed was extremely hard and not so comfortable. I had to add padding to make it better. I appreciated the attempt to control the bugs but it was a losing battle. I had some issues with the other guests smoking outside my window which was annoying to say the least. The customer service was nonexistent due to there never being in the office whenever I needed. Understandable that my work hours were not great. Other than that I had a lovely stay and will do it again whenever I travel.
