Only thing I liked was the convenient location
This was a nightmare stay. Roaches roaches roaches !! Room was missing furniture, electrical outlets didn't work, TV didn't work, light in the bathroom didn't work, fan above stove was disgusting...
Building looks good from outside except for trash in the parking lot.
Doors to enter the building were electronic and multiple doors were not working correctly. Stove in the unit didn't work. Electronic key de-programmed once. One of only 4 washers for guest use was broken. Not pet friendly at all.
Cost wasn’t accurate.

Roaches in room
When I first got there, there was pub hairs on the sheets and the blanket smelled like cat pee. The office manager was very rude and unprofessional. This place is nasty and the hallways smell like body odor. The housekeepers don't sweep the floors or wash the blankets regularly. It's also bug infested with roaches and bed bugs. I will NEVER be back!!
I didn't like anything, I was in a room where the TV didn't work then got moved the next day to a room the futon was so nasty and hard that it shouldn't of been on there and the walls so nasty they came in while I was gone to paint the walls, which my reservation was for two beds and the check in person told me that's not what I booked and I have a 19 yr old son too , sure told me it was going to be an up charge , parking lot full of activities

In a busy area of town at all hours. Paid for a week, stayed 3 days and was denied a refund for the unused days.
This is not a hotel most are people that live there full time.
Booked a week and checked out after three days. Property felt unsafe as it was surrounded by shady appearance loitering people, smelled of constant drug smoke, and so noisy I was unable to sleep.
Do not recommend this hotel.
Why
I was charged more than when I reserved my room for there was multiple roaches in my room I was told multiple times that they would come spraying and move me rooms they never did and I paid to stay a full week and felt like I wasn't taking seriously or was it important enough
The only I liked was leaving it! It was not what I paid for which was a luxury room that's handicap accessible by the pictures and I paid extra to reserve it only to discover it was hideous! They claimed it was Orbitz fault for not updating the photos. It was not handicap and it was infested with roaches. It claims to not allow pets and there were dogs and cats everywhere... not that I mind because I'm a dog lover... but because of the conditions. The furniture in my room was half eaten by dogs. They refused a refund but asked me to come back again one day and maybe my next stay might be better.
Office closes at 7pm. Then it gets a little crazy. Need 24 hour office coverage.
This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There were bugs and yellow stuff on the walls couldn’t tell if it was vomit or feces!!!
The staff was friendly just mainly the guests were super noisy
