Problems w/my Microwave & was not solved until the next morning-But I was able to use the Microwave in the lobby, that was Super helpful 🤗
Comfortable and staff were fabulous
No restaurant We arrived around 9pm and were hungry but staff organised a pizza delivery
Had a toilet issue and maintenance was there to fix it in 15 min. Randy was not only efficient but friendly and kind.
Not having dark roast coffee at breakfast. Coffee was terrible. For coffee drinkers this is a big detail. It may determine whether I use Hampton again. I was told that corporate doesn't require it..
Also.still don't like having to pay for parking. Safe in room was also broken.
