Great stay!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. Patrick at the front desk was absolutely amazing!

Affordable; great location; nice views; good staff; clean.

Cons:

Although I didn’t have a problem with parking, it would have been nice to have parking options outside of the garage.
I wasn’t aware of the $30 a night parking fee until I arrived for check-in.

Pros:

Good location with easy access to the Brightline station.

Cons:

We had to keep asking to get our room serviced. It became a bit of a hit or miss whether the room was serviced.

From bad to good!
Pros:

Honestly wasn’t sure I was going to give this a good review. I travel a it for work, so I have lots of very late nights and very early mornings. Last night was no exception. Got in at 4:30am and have to be on the road by 9:30. At about 7:45am this morning someone came in my room. Due to a “error” in the system my room was labeled available. 5 mins later, I get a call from the front desk trying to verify this. As you can imagine I wasn’t happy and sleep deprived.
Then I met Coco.
Coco was extremely friendly and showed me a few tricks of the trade! Thanks for flipping this bad experience into a good one!
