Pros:

Front desk clerk, Chanel made check in fun and easy. Breakfast was amazing, area was clean and good hot food with many selections.

Cons:

Got a $40 ticket on my car even though I paid $28 to park.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Rebecca was very hospitable and took great care of us. Patrick at the front desk was wonderful as well. We will be back !

Overall a great stay!
Pros:

This was a great hotel experience, all of the staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location wasnt too far from places to visit. And the free breakfast was always delicious!
My personal ambassador Coco was also very kind and informative!

Cons:

The hotel charged me 30$ per night for parking my car without letting me know in advance that the parking has a cost. When I asked for clarification and for a refund, they refused.
It look like they do it on purpose to make more money from the parking, without clearly communicating this to the customer.

Excelente inicio de vacaciones
Pros:

Buen desayuno. Habitación muy cómoda, limpia y de buen tamaño. El personal muy amable. Reconocimiento aparte por la entrega de la habitación inmediatamente, a pesar de llegar 11 am.
