Very comfortable room clean .loved the light breakfast in morning . And give you a bottle water bag at check in .

Great staff very friendly and accommodating. Chanel receptionist very professional upon check in and very helpful .

Cons:

No water in the morning. It was something with a broken pipe that affected the whole neighborhood but they should have back up? Couldn’t shower or brush out teeth. Breakfast service was also disrupted.

Looking for a quiet spot this is it.
Pros:

The beds were nice but not as comfortable and me and my family were okay staying there because we had just got off a 7 day cruise and was just relaxing until we were ready to go back home soon.

Cons:

There was a someone, a staff member that was smoking in the bathroom and made everyone get out their beds and sleep twice and said it was a false alarm because of this. All the wanted to offer me is points instead of money of which was ridiculous. I probably won’t be coming back here no time soon.

El desayuno tiene exactamente lo básico para desayunar, pero su presentación es como un fast food, vasos y platos de cartón.

Pros:

The room was clean, and the hotel had free coffee, ice machine & vending machines. They also offered transfers to the cruise terminal for a fee. It was about a 10 minute walk into the centre.

Cons:

The breakfast was served on paper plates with plastic cutlery, not environmentally friendly.
The bath looked as though it had been scrubbed with a scourer and the coating was peeling off...not very inviting!
