Cons:

I didn’t like that my check in was at 3pm and I arrived on time. I reserved a suite and it wasn’t ready I waited 1 hour and 30 min to get access. The reason was because the guest before me extended her stay. They didn’t extend mine for the time I was waiting. They “supposed to give me a free breakfast” that they charged me in my bill.

Cons:

Shower door only had one door. So there was water going everywhere after you shower. Thermostat didn't work. Cold night. Housekeeping came and started knocking on everyone's door at 8am. Check out is at noon.

Location was good for where we wanted to explore and it was easy to get to. Pool was accessible and clean

Cons:

Windows in room allow in ALL the noise from the street so it was super hard to sleep. We paid extra for breakfast to be included was still charged to eat. No one came out to serve alcohol
