The entire staff. The very sweet girl who checked me in helped me get a room near my son. And got me late check out. The night manager, Cindy, she was just about the best, most genuine caring worker I have ever come across while traveling. I locked my self out of my room and she went above and beyond to keep me comfortable while waiting for maintenance to show up.. even got me a Starbucks coffee. The maintenance guys, when they got the door open, they were so kind and assured me it "happens more times than i would think" after I kept apologizing. And sweet girl at the Starbucks, shes a Rockstar and made me feel so comfortable... we ended up chatting for a few minutes.
This hotel has the BEST employees.
The shower water didn't get hot enough. But that was definitely the LEAST of my worries.

The website was misinforming about the breakfast times
It was nice and clean
I didn’t like that my check in was at 3pm and I arrived on time. I reserved a suite and it wasn’t ready I waited 1 hour and 30 min to get access. The reason was because the guest before me extended her stay. They didn’t extend mine for the time I was waiting. They “supposed to give me a free breakfast” that they charged me in my bill.
Shower door only had one door. So there was water going everywhere after you shower. Thermostat didn't work. Cold night. Housekeeping came and started knocking on everyone's door at 8am. Check out is at noon.
They have only one elevator. And looks like old
Location was good for where we wanted to explore and it was easy to get to. Pool was accessible and clean
Windows in room allow in ALL the noise from the street so it was super hard to sleep. We paid extra for breakfast to be included was still charged to eat. No one came out to serve alcohol
