Jamie as the hotel valet is amazing. Great personality and friendly with the hotel guests. Nice start to our stay. Check-in was seamless and room is very nice. Great location

Jamie in Valet was absolutely amazing, very attentive, friendly and helpful! She is a gem and we will be back because of her great service!

First visit to this hotel and stayed for at Patrick’s day. Clean and basic doubletree. Standard offerings. Friendly staff. Plenty of walkable restaurants and sights to see. Expensive on site valet parking but typical for the area.

We needed a last minute change and ended up at DoubleTree by Hilton. It is a fantastic hotel in a fantastic area of Savannah! Close to all of the fun offerings the city has to offer.

Jamie in valet was amazing. She was so sweet every time we pulled in, and made our parking so much easier.

Destiny in the dining area -- PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE OR BONUS OR SOMETHING! She was absolutely amazing when we had her at dinner at the bar and at breakfast as our server. She was always smiling, and was so gracious to us when our son started having meltdowns. She is truly one of the reasons we will be back.

The room was on the corner of the building and made for great people watching. The air temp stayed nice the whole time. I do wish I could adjust the settings on the TV though as the screen was very very bright. The location of the hotel and the proximity to the bars does make it a little loud, but nothing awful. Beds were COMFY as were the pillows, but the comforter could use some work.

Overall we will be staying here again on our next trip to Savannah.

Jamie in Valet was so welcoming from the time we arrived and the entire duration of the trip . I can tell that she really loves her job . It was a pleasure meeting her .

Exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Proximity to the sights and entertainment, just enough with the hotel amenities and an outstanding staff!

But what really impressed me was the valet experience! Jamie took care of us from the minute we arrived, help g us with luggage and check-in. She made herself available to get our car packed when needed and had our car ready to go in a flash. It was so noteworthy, that it warrants a review unto its self! Thank you, Jamie for making our first, last, and all other impressions ones to remember!

A very convenient location for exploring Savannah. Easy walking distance to City Market, the river front, and many restaurants. A special shout out to Jamie in valet for help with parking logistics and great service.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was absolutely top notch — the rooms were spotless every day, and they clearly take pride in their work.

The front desk staff was polite during check-in, but any requests outside of that felt like an inconvenience to them. While they weren’t rude, they did seem irritated when asked for assistance beyond the basics.

Valet service is where the experience really fell apart. At $50 per day — with no other parking option — I expected efficiency and professionalism. The gentleman working Friday evening was super helpful and kind. We also worked with Jaime on the day we left, and she was fantastic. She was running around doing everything she could to make sure everyone received their vehicles in a timely manner. She was truly the only one who seemed to be hustling.

Unfortunately, the weekend valet staff was disorganized and unprepared. They didn’t know where my car was and seemed unfamiliar with the app the hotel uses to request vehicles. Ironically, I received a text saying they were “hustling to car,” which could not have been further from what was actually happening. It was frustrating to pay a premium for a service that lacked coordination and urgency.

In the end, it’s a nice hotel with excellent housekeeping and a couple of standout valet employees, but inconsistent service — especially at that valet price point — definitely impacted the overall experience.

We arrived and Jamie immediately came to greet us. She made our arrival amazing and easy! Such a sweet soul.

We really enjoyed staying at the Doubletree. It was clean, comity and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Jamie was a great help in the Valet department!

Miss Jamie the valet was the best!!! Very friendly!! She gives tips on where to go and eat! Me and my partner loved her!! Very funny and quick with wit!! The hotel was a great experience but she made it memorable!!

Experience was fantastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Jamie at the valet desk is WONDERFUL. Super helpful; she really went out of her way for us.

Jamie the Valet was amazing! Made us feel welcome the minute we pulled up! We brought aur two little dogs and she was so sweet and engaging with them. The parking garage was packed and she maintained a big friendly smile, provided excellent service and handled the melee with ease. Jamie is outstanding and was a big reason why we loved our stay! Absolutely loved her!

The staff was great! From the front desk to the bartenders to the servers in the restaurant. Friendly, helpful and pleasant even when solving problems.

Jamie did a fantastic job taking care of me whenever I pulled up to valet. Very good service every time. Top-tier valet service. Smooth, organized, and extremely professional. Jamie and all of the attendants were sharp, polite, and treated my car like it was their own. A flawless experience.

The hallway was very loud late in to the night so we did not get much sleep. However, the bartender and restaurant staff were great and very friendly.

Jamie in Valet was top notch. She was on her game there all week. Always polite and helped with everything. I would recommend giving her a shout out every time you are there.
