Cons:

The room was at an entrance that was too noisy. Three exterior doors and one stairwell just above our room was extremely noisy, and the niebors upstairs were extremely loud. All in all this experience was one I'm trying to forget.

Lo bueno que hay tiendas enfrente y restaurantes para salir a comer sin manejar . El personal amable

Cons:

Cuartos pequeños , estuve 1 semana y el desayuno fue lo mismo todos los días . No es un hotel al que pensaría en regresar

Very unhappy with Residence Inn
Pros:

I request an ADA Room upon booking. I arrived & it had 1 bar opposite the shower head. No bar around the toilet, the door required 2 people to operate it, the lamps were not accessible, the switches by the kitchen weren't operable. I could not stay at that hotel. I was told I would not be charged. Which ended up being a lie. They refused to give me my money back bc I booked them through Booking.com which also refunded to give me my money back!!

Definitely will try location again.
Pros:

First night killed a baby roach and ant and my daughter got bit up by a spider.

Cons:

My girls really like the basketball half court. My youngest like the heated pool and jacuzzi. My husband and I liked the full kitchen and the location. My husband felt safe and comfortable.

Hotel is what we need that I will to stay there again despite the other things.
Pros:

The housekeeping staff was so quick to pick up any trash that I would put out in the hallway. TV stopped working during our stay and Maintance was super quick to respond and fix it. It was so convenient having the full kitchen and miniature dining table - we were in town with my wheelchair bound has been, and there was enough room for Family to come and visit us in the room.

Cons:

Very disappointed in the oatmeal at the complementary breakfast - it was basically water with oatmeal clusters in it. Coffee was not strong enough. Coffee pot in the room was missing a carafe and icemaker in refrigerator was not working (although they did bring me a bag of ice as soon as I informed them). I was there from Wednesday to Sunday and they only service the rooms every three days but I was still not able to get them to vacuum it on my third day because they were too busy
