Average and not worth the money. Would prefer Atura the next time.

Food: Was very good. They had arranged for us to dine in just before closing. So thank you for that.

Rooms:
The rooms were very dull lit. Please change to modern LED lights if possible to make the place look good, bright and also save electricity at the same time. There wasn’t much light in the room at all. The table lamps in my room (311) did not work. The rooms were tidy but very old furnitures and poorly maintained.

Staff: The staff who welcomed us could have been a bit more welcoming. Seemed like they weren’t interested or did not want us there.

Would also be good if you guys had a quicker way to finding out about a missing/lost item.
We had left a jacket in room 113. We reached out to your reception around 3pm to check if it is still there in the room. Very delayed response. We had to reach out multiple times to find out and actually we are still waiting to know by tomorrow morning.

Pleasant, easy check-in. Walking distance to shops and eating options. Breakfast available, dining room for evening meals. Room service if required. Room spotless.

Staff were friendly. Restaurant staff only one person on, but he was good

Cons:

Breakfast was inedible. It wasn't cheap, so you would think it would be okay. Informed staff how bad it was, I was unable to eat it. No other option provided, and no discounted meal.

Hotel was just what we needed to rest on our journey home.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and very satisfying. Very clean and tidy hotel and restaurant. Also great to go across the road to dinner at the SS&A social club.

Cons:

Cold pool, but I suppose an indoor heated pool would make the price per night go up so no big deal.

Cons:

Water/toilet flushing noise was happening every 3-5 minutes in the room and not coming from our bathroom! , which stopped us sleeping for most of the night and basically continued the whole night. Spa bath the tiles were brown and very dirty in the grout, cracked tiles. The stay was so disappointing.

Overpriced. Needs refurbishment.
Pros:

Quick checkin, friendly staff and great off street parking. Has a pool.

Cons:

Old hotel. My room was on level 1 and needs major updating. The heater was smelly and old.
The noisy bar fridge was older than my 13yo daughter.
Beds too soft. Bathroom needs an upgrade aswell.
The hallway walls had large filled in holes and were covered with large framed pictures.
