É giá la seconda volta che scelgo questo bellissimo hotel soprattutto per la posizione. A 2 min a piedi c'é la stazione per prendere il tram che ti lascia alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Questa volta ho apprezzato la pulizia e la gentilezza dello staff, soprattutto degli addetti alla colazione, molto gentili e disponibili anche per quanto riguarda le scaldate di latte per il biberon di mio figlio.
Grazie mille; ci ritorneremo una terza volta sicuramente❤️

Cons:

Io amo le uova strappazzate con il bacon e ho visto che voi non le fate rispetto ad altri hotel. Ma va bene lo stesso.

It was a great stay! We loved our room, breakfast was superb and staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a good location, with walking distance to the city centre
