Çok eski bir tesis yenilenmesi gerekir. Klima çok gürültülü çalışıyordu. Temiz bir yerdi kahvaltı büfesi güzekdi ama küçük bir büfeydi. Tesise ve olanaklara göre fiyatı yüksek. Bookingden peşin ödeme yapmama rağmen çıkışta ücret talep ettiler makbuz filan gösterip ancak ikna ettik.

Il personale all'accoglienza è stato molto gentile, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare nel parcheggio interno della struttura; infine l'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda da raggiungere in auto e vicina alla Visarno Arena, nostra destinazione. La colazione era varia e di qualità. Lo consiglio.

We were extremely satisfied with our two-night stay at Hotel Golf in Florence. The hotel is within walking distance of Santa Maria Novella Train Station and was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was particularly outstanding, offering a great variety of high-quality options. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence.

Floransa’da iki gece konakladığımız Hotel Golf’tan son derece memnun ayrıldık. Otel, Santa Maria Novella Tren İstasyonu’na kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde bulunuyor ve oldukça temizdi. Personel son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle kahvaltısı beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi; çeşitlilik ve kalite açısından çok başarılıydı. Floransa’yı ziyaret edecekler için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

Our stay at Hotel Golf in Florence was absolutely wonderful.

What truly made the difference was the exceptional service we received from the entire staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel valued and at home throughout our stay.

Cons:

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the beauty of Florence. After long days of sightseeing, it was always a pleasure to return to such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

In serious need of renovation, far from town Centre.
Pros:

The beds are comfortable and the Aircon works so you can get a good night sleep. The room is of a reasonable size. The breakfast was reasonable and there was a selection of cold meats and salads as well as yoghurts and pastries. You could get yourself coffees from the machine. The parking facilities on site were good.

Cons:

The hotel itself is extremely tired, it feels like the hotel is waiting to be taken over and renovated. Everywhere is old and tired even the wallpaper looks worn out, Bathroom fittings are old and creaky the shower cubicle door did not shut properly so water got all over the floor of the bathroom and the extractor was not working. The bathroom was also very dark and dingy as the lighting was very low. The hotel is located on a major road and so it is dusty and noisy and it is quite a long way from the centre of town and all of the historical attractions so if you're going to walk be prepared for a long walk.
