Une alarme qui se déclenche à 3h du matin : la réception ne répond pas. Le lendemain la seule explication donnée c'est "ah oui en effet il y a eu un problème"

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Beautiful room and interior of the hotel. The veranda and garden were a bonus too. Thank you!

Cons:

There was an alarm in the corridor that went off 5 times in the night in a quite short space of time. I'm sure that's unusual though.

Simply amazing!
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The rooms are very big and the design and architecture amaze you at every corner - you feel like walking the royal palace! The beds are extremely comfortable! Everyone, from front desk to breakfast personnel are very friendly and extremely helpful! You really feel like they are welcoming you home! Breakfast is very good with lots of choices! Perfect stay and would never choose a different hotel while in Brussels! Would absolutely return! Highly recommended!
