Довольно приличный номер. Очень просторно. Какой никакой завтрак

Cons:

Окна не открываются вообще! Проветрить невозможно а в номере был сильный запах какого то моющего средства. Это было ужасно!
Очень далеко до транспорта. Если приехали посмотреть нью йорк место неудобное

Pros:

Stayed 2 different times for 3 to 4 nights each stay.

The staff was really nice. Answered questions for some Louisiana southerners in the big city.

Comfortable beds.

A short walk to bus stop. Target was a mile or less walk away but we didn't mind.

Staff immediately changed our room when guest before us decided to smoke in room on 2nd floor.

Cons:

The rooms on the 1st floor seemed to have flooded or just smell wet and sofa and curtains were holding the smell.

The rooms were also very dated... need updates. Plumbing as well.

They did move us to 2nd floor...room didn't have smell of wet but someone definitely smoked in room.

Veľmi sme ocenili veľkosť izby, ktorá bola nad rámec našich požiadaviek. Čistá izba, pekná kúpeľňa, posteľná bielizeň bola čistá. Izba ako taká bola veľmi super v pomere cena a kvalita. Raňajky boli tiež dobré.

Cons:

Najväčším sklamaním bol definitívne personál. Boli mierne neochotní, stále zamračení, častokrát na telefónoch aj keď okolo prechádzali hostia. Je to 4 hviezdičkový hotel a za tie peniaze (600 dolárov za dve osoby na 4 noci) by sme očakávali lepší prístup. Nevýhodou je taktiež, že upratovacie služby sú poskytnuté raz za 3 dni. Otvorili sme dvere potom, čo upratovačky zaklopali a komunikácia bola veľmi zlá. Nevedeli takmer vôbec po anglicky, čo nezanechalo dobrý dojem. Lokácia hotela je mestskou hromadnou dopravou do NY okolo 40 minút ale dá sa to zvládnuť.

Cons:

Room had a very strong bad distinct smell. We had kids and a very late cancelation and booked this place to stay and rest for few hours and the price we paid as last minute wasn't cheap. Was a horrible smell all over the place. You feel gross to sit anywhere there.
Breakfast had some choices but bad. Kids and adults walking around , grab full plates of food and take in their room .

Pros:

Truly shucked, shushes and shattered with the treatment extended to me by the personnel manning the front desk. In essence very crooked, cunning, conniving and truly hostile to me, when I did nothing while being polite, cordial and congenial in my limited interaction.

Despite repeated request for extension for one day room 103, I was bumped out without being asked and allocated in room 227 at three times the cost while also ensuring the pain and agony of a fully non functioning toilet. I was forced to hasten my return and will ensure that in future myself and my colleagues spanning the educated elite and intellectually inclined will never stay or even attempt to stay at the Comfort Suites chain or even Comfort inn

I desire a meeting either way the highest authority overlooking the operations of Comfort Suites to spell out with clarity and cohesiveness my concerns and the treatment extended to me.

All of this I have had to endure even after extending precious help to companion Inn chains spread through north east Ohio; in the domain enveloping written articulation, documentation and presentation .

My credentials are impeccable and I have no reason to fear for spelling out in short the treatment extended to me and the charges earned for very poor hospitality and service.
