Pros:

Ive stayed at many hotels in Boca.
This one is a dump with very sketchy people.
Location is bad, nothing around.
Beds & pillows are uncomfortable.
Overall a really bad stay.
I think you need to change the rating on booking.

overall good, no issues; food was cooked, hot and fresh; cold items were cold and tasty, fruit was fresh and tasty; eating area was clean and abundant

Cons:

would have enjoyed more hot items, and perhaps the cereal would have been in a single serve containers rather than in a large dispenser
