I liked the location and the facility was well kept, the room was clean and breakfast was included, which is a nice little bonus.
The desk agent said my room number out loud, when I worked in hotels that was a big no no, especially when a woman is traveling alone. The bed was a bit hard and the shower's water pressure was terrible. I only stayed one night so it was ok.
Very good location and always clean with friendly people.
Nothing
Convient location. Large room.
The AC had doritos in the vent. The room smelled very strongly of dog upon arrival. The hot tub was in desperate need of a good scrub and there was a big nasty fungus toenail sitting next to the hot tub.
everything was very nice, room was spacious, quiet, nice assortment of breakfast items and staff was very friendly.
This was the worst hotel I've ever checked into. The only redeeming quality was the friendly girl at the front counter that checked me in.
Upon being given our room, there was a terrible, offensive odor that smelled like urine and burnt popcorn. I went to the front desk and asked to be transferred to a different room.
The front desk obliged and they gave us a different room. This room smelled like old pepperoni sticks and heavy cologne. It was unbearable. At this point, after driving 4 hours from the west side of Washington all the way over to Spokane and to keep being given these rooms that had strange smells, was very frustrating to say the least.
Also, the hot tub was broken which was one of the amenities that my family was looking forward to using.
I could not stand the smells in the rooms, so I checked out only 2 hours after I checked in to move to a different hotel across town.
I was given the business card of the manager of the hotel to contact. I sent an email and have not received a response for two months.
I would not recommend staying here. Terrible experience.
