The staff goes above and beyond. The cleanliness is superb. And we will definitely be back.

It’s clean, the staff is very nice, the location of the beach was perfect. It was easy to go to the beautiful beach. Plus the pool and amenities were wonderful. We were very comfortable. Having breakfast Included was a plus. And there is also a restaurant on the property, which made getting lunch and dinner a little bit easier.
My complaints are really minor. My room didn’t get cleaned one day because of confusion. My shower never put out really hot water. The breakfast was kind of gross. As with all of these Included breakfast, there were too many people in two few waffle making appliances! The waffles were literally the best thing going, and it would take 20 minutes just to get up to a waffle maker to get your own. So after the first day, we ended up going out for breakfast every day. Also, they didn’t have enough staff to keep the tables cleaned during breakfast service. So there were tons of dirty tables, and hard to find a clean place to sit. A lot of of the bread, like biscuits and bagels just didn’t seem very fresh. And there wasn’t a lot of variety.
The hotel was just super nice, the food was outstanding, good quality and fair price with the good view and location. Can't be better, I will go there again for sure.

It was disappointing that the self made waffles were only offered on weekends. Not enough fresh fruits were served.

We loved the room with the balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The employees were friendly and very helpful. We also loved the parking garage. It was raining hard when we checked out and we didn’t get wet loading our car. We will definitely stay here next year for our annual vacation to Pensacola Beach!

Beautiful location, beds are absolutely amazing!! We had a balcony on with ocean view. Best room I’ve stayed at in a very long time!! We’ll definitely be back!!
