Nachdem ich umquartiert wurde in eine tiefere Etage vom 8. Stock, war das Zimmer mit Meeresblick einfach top.
Leider war im obersten Stock die Ventilation auf dem Dach zu hören. Ein grosses Lob und Danke der ausserordentlichen Kunden Freundlichkeit von Hallie, die zum richtigen Moment eingegriffen hat. Die Lage ist top, wenn man auch dennoch ein Auto braucht. Sauberkeit auch top. Pool top.
Das Frühstück war ok. Minimalistisch, ok für 3*.
Die Pool-Badetücher kann man nicht and den Strand nehmen? Wie stellt man sich dies vor? Nehme keien Badetücher von zuhause mit.
Überrissene Preise für Sonnenschirm am Strand, gehört nicht zum Hotel

Everything has been amazing and can not find anything that could be better. I would suggest adding cheese and grits to your breakfast menu

It’s clean, the staff is very nice, the location of the beach was perfect. It was easy to go to the beautiful beach. Plus the pool and amenities were wonderful. We were very comfortable. Having breakfast Included was a plus. And there is also a restaurant on the property, which made getting lunch and dinner a little bit easier.
My complaints are really minor. My room didn’t get cleaned one day because of confusion. My shower never put out really hot water. The breakfast was kind of gross. As with all of these Included breakfast, there were too many people in two few waffle making appliances! The waffles were literally the best thing going, and it would take 20 minutes just to get up to a waffle maker to get your own. So after the first day, we ended up going out for breakfast every day. Also, they didn’t have enough staff to keep the tables cleaned during breakfast service. So there were tons of dirty tables, and hard to find a clean place to sit. A lot of of the bread, like biscuits and bagels just didn’t seem very fresh. And there wasn’t a lot of variety.
The hotel was just super nice, the food was outstanding, good quality and fair price with the good view and location. Can't be better, I will go there again for sure.
The breakfast was great, just need a add maybe 2 more waffles iron because the line was long waiting to make a waffle but otherwise it was Great
