The location- however there are plenty of other places to stay on pensacola beach and i will never stay at this one again.

I have used Booking.com for years and never had this happen before. I chose the pay at property option. The total room cost with taxes was "378.26. The day PRIOR to my arrival they debited my account for $210.51. After checki ng in, i looked at my account and they debited it for $420.00. I questioned the front desk and tney assured me it would not be charged. This morning while checking out, i was told that amount was for the entire stay and two $20.00 daily incidental fees. They also did not no how long it will take for the $420.00 charge to be credited back to my account. They also have now billed me for $164.75- the remainder of the original amount.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and they kept us at ocean view when our AC went out

Very comfortable and enjoyable, would stay here again.
Pros:

Room was very nice, clean, and bed comfortable. Liked the large shower and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner were top quality. Breakfast was good and liked that the menu changed a little each day. Loved the lazy river, very relaxing and all the lounge chairs around the pool were nice for getting some sun. Location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find.

Cons:

Wish the fire pit was working. We asked about it and was told parts were on order to fix it. Downstairs neighbor was a little loud with his TV. Had it cranked up with the balcony door open so we had to keep out balcony door closed to avoid the noise. Luckily it was only 1 day.

Wonderful vacation at the Fairfield!
Pros:

The Fairfield Inn had a perfect location right on the beach. The pool was a beautiful lazy River that we enjoyed very much. Our room was nicely appointed and sparkling clean. The view from our balcony couldn’t have been more beautiful. Our stay was very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Although the complimentary breakfast was good, the offerings were somewhat limited. Some waffle makers would be nice, as would some muffins or pastries.
