Pros:

It’s a step down from the Hilton by the water. It’s quiet and secluded

Cons:

Valet is mandatory so had to wait for the car sometimes which is annoying. Far from the lake so making the summer stay less fun. Facility seems an outdated and desperately need update and the shampoo was empty. The staff also wasn’t very helpful

Everything was nice and beautiful except the housekeeping part
Pros:

Everything!, The view up there was nice, the staff were nice specially the valet people. The room was perfect.

Cons:

Being there for two days compare to other hotels experiences, it was a little disappointing that they don't have housekeeping everyday, therefore trash accumulates and towels would have to be at request, after being outdoors you want to come back to a clean room. It was explained to us that if you stay there for a week after the 5th day housekeeping comes to clean your room.

All in all very good.
Pros:

The quietness. The room set up was great for us and kids to be more separate and have enough roo.. the steam room was great.

Cons:

The bed was saggy. Had to have extra cash for Valeting car all the time.

Other than the valet parking this hotel is a 10/10 highly recommend and definitely coming back with the valet parkin

I loved everything about the property the location the rooms very clean lots of towels blankets

Cons:

I really disliked that the parking is valet they take so long had people fighting over who got there first over not having enough staff

Besides the rooftop not available everything else 10/10

I rated it a 7 just because I called before regarding the rooftop renovation and they said it will be available by July 7 and we visited on the 13 and it was NOT AVAILABLE!!! Over that The location, Cleanness, rooms are very nice and spacious we loved it

We had an amazing stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect with easy access to everything in South Lake Tahoe. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Thank you for making my birthday trip so memorable!

Cons:

Honestly, we didn't have any complaints. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out.
