Clean room, newly updated, really enjoyed the kitchenette amenities.

Location: Convenient, short drive from town.

Parking: Valet included and short wait to get your vehicle brought up; caveat is inconsiderate drivers don't pull forward enough or park well, so being stuck out in the road waiting to turn in can be a thing. The designated smoking area is right in front of valet, so you get an unwelcome cloud of smoke when you open the vehicle door.

Check-in | Hotel: Young female staff who checked me in was incredibly kind, everyone else not so much. Strong Wi-Fi signal. Decent selection of TV channels. Hotel itself was very quiet and not crowded. One night heard a neighboring dog barking for a short period, and every night during many varying hours heard cars peeling out. Laundry room was clean, easy to access and had 2 of each newer front loading washers & dryers. I felt comfortable leaving my laundry unattended and going back to switch out when my set timer went off.

Room: King Suite was clean, spacious and had a private toilet with door. Bathroom lights were on sensors - appreciated that in the dark. Didn't like the shower curtain at all because it would touch me in the shower as it "sucked inward" and was a tad short so water splattered outside of it. A/C | Heater was a little noisy. Fireplace was nice and provided color changing ambience, however also could be noisy by making some ticking sounds.

Would certainly stay here again.

Very clean and modern yet cozy.

Clean and spacious. Updated and modern. Amenities such as pool and game room and rooftop courts were nice (but not worth factoring in to book here in the future). Valet were super nice and quick with our vehicles , while front desk staff were friendly though but not exceptionally welcoming or smiling (which is something one would hope to be greeted with after a long journey as a family). Overall a good value and would recommend for a short stay.

The property was very clean, really close to the shops and dinning, but far enough to enjoy the quietness. The staff were very nice, the valet was very convenient and quick. The room was spacious and it was nice to have the sitting area, then kitchen for snacks and a full fridge for drinks. The bed was very comfortable, and overall it was a nice stay.

Lovely, clean room that felt luxurious. Clean, fresh, and just what I was looking for while staying in Tahoe.

The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The on-site café is a pleasant touch, offering good coffee and a few pastries. However, I wish they served a full breakfast for guests. Other than that, everything was great — we really enjoyed our stay, and this will definitely be my go-to spot in South Lake Tahoe.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Having a laundry on site is very nice. The valet men were wonderful they always were very polite and didnt mind bring the car around a couple of times in one day. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and pool area. Very comfortable.

Would be an excellent place to stay for skiing at Heavenly.

People treat you like a king

A friend and I had adjoining rooms, each with a sitting room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. The rooms were well equipped, extremely clean, and well insulated against sound. The hotel offers free valet parking and there was never a wait to get our vehicle. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would stay again.

It was a very nice stay. We enjoyed the outdoor, Steam and Sauna room. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We wish there is a good restaurant in the property for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Maybe offer a free breakfast...

We arrived a little over 30 minutes early but were made to wait until 4:00, as we were told it was their policy. We were sitting across from the front desk, and at 4:00 we had to approach and ask if our room was ready. They then said, “Oh yes.” Both my boyfriend and I have traveled plenty of times before, and we have never had to wait for our room to be ready when arriving slightly earlier. Also our room was not refreshed on the 2nd day.

Quiet clean rooms, helpful staff.
