Bellissimo soggiorno, personale gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza
Pros:

Struttura vicina ai punti di interesse, ma in una zona tranquilla e fuori dalla confusione della zona midtown. A pochi passi da C’entra Park, ideale per viaggiare con bambini

Cons:

Avevamo una prenotazione per 5, ma erano stati preparati i due letti matrimoniali, per 4 persone, anche gli strumenti di cucina erano per 4 e non per 5.

Great safe & quite location with gorgous, clean spacious suite - the PERFECT NYC hotel for families!
Pros:

We could not believe how spacious this New York City hotel suite was! A separate dining area, a separate kitchen area to queen beds with plenty of room in between and a gorgeous bathroom. We could not have asked for more, especially in the heart of New York City, where we just assumed that the suites would be smaller than your typical suite found another cities. Instead, it was much larger, the cleanliness was outstanding, the staff, friendly, and always welcoming and accommodating, and the location perfect for a quiet upper east side experience!

Cons:

There is nothing that we could've asked for that wasn't already provided! Thank you to the staff who made our high school reunion trip such a joy. Certain times of the evening we came in well past 3 AM after long nights of fun, and access was always safe and easy!

Very spacious rooms especially for NYC & convenient location for upper east side.
Pros:

Loved the large room! Good view of park outside. Felt secure with keyed elevator. Nice to have refrigerator.

Quick check -in & check out. Very convenient location to whereI needed to be.

Cons:

Wifi for Tv went on & off...that was a bummer. I really do not like the resort fee???? The $10 cupboard choice is only known if you actually read your confirmed reservation. The front desk does not mention it at all. I stayed here before & had no idea. You are not going to use much it anything else ..such as free phone calls & restaurant discounts near by.

A great location, with clean and comfortable accomodations yet customer service so-so at best considering the expense.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, great location, good coffee service

Cons:

No free water, water not stocked, long wait for a blanket/pillow, not enough staff, signed up for loyalty club and status matching and received nothing. Staff was inexperienced, yet accommodations nice.

A fantastic place to stay while recovering
Pros:

We stayed in a one bedroom terrace apartment. If you are visiting NYC as a tourist, I’m not sure why you would need this much space. If you are visiting for medical care, this place is a life saver. We stayed here after my daughter’s surgery and were SO happy to have a large space because she was bed ridden for a few days. It is located in a safe, quiet area. The beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. The AC worked very well. The carpet is a little dingy, but most hotel are and it looks like they are in the process of replacing the flooring anyways. I highly recommend this place if you need space or are having medical care, or even just want something quiet and affordable on the UES.

Le personnel est d’une très grande gentillesse et professionnel, depuis la réception, le valet, et les femmes de chambre.
