It was a wonderful place to stay and so glad it was spacious and clean.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great, you could easily hop on the train and go wherever. Love that the room was spacious. Much bigger than I expected which is phenomenal.

Cons:

They couldn’t help this but there was construction starting the day after arrival. It was noisy and loud. They tried to keep the floors from being dusty from the construction but it’s inevitable to have some.

Staff friendly. More spacious than a hotel room. Kitchen and dishes all clean.

Cons:

No rugs on floor- cold dark bland vibe. The coffee table flipped over a few times because it’s just cheap and flimsy. Directly outside bedroom windows there’s bright fluorescent lights pointing into your rooms attached to scaffolding. Very dark no natural light from windows. Minimal amenities. Not worth the price you pay.

De mensen die er werken, zeer vlot, vriendelijk. De locatie kies je zelf, goed gelegen om Central Park te verkennen bv. Residentiële buurt, veel eet opties. De kamer die we hadden was helemaal volgens de advertentie.

Cons:

Het nog moeten extra betalen voor Wifi was een beetje vreemd.

Wonderful
Pros:

There was nothing bad about anything everyone there was very accommodating to me and my needs after my surgery. They delivered our dinners and our breakfast and our coffee and tea in the morning. It was unbelievably wonderful 10 stars.

Pros:

The size of the room was awesome for New York. It was a comfortable stay for a family of 4. Walking distance to subway stations and Central Park. Staff was accommodating and always available.

Cons:

The room could use some upgrades. There is no air vent in the bathroom so it can get very moist and hot in the room after showers.

The room was large and very comfortable! The neighborhood is nice and very quiet for NYC standards. Walking distance from Central Park.

Cons:

Some nights the hallway had a bad smell but it didn’t affect the room.

מיקום מעולה, נוח מאד. הכל נקי והצוות נעים, שירותי והופך את החוויה לנעימה וטובה. זה מלון מעולה למשפחות, נוח מאד, עם מטבחון קטן. יש חדר כושר ומכונת קפה בלובי. האווירה מעולה ואני ממליצה בחום להתארח כאן.

אולי להוסיף כסאות ישיבה סביב השולחן כדי שיהיהי אפשר לאכול יחד אם רוצים לאכול משהו בחדר.

Struttura vicina ai punti di interesse, ma in una zona tranquilla e fuori dalla confusione della zona midtown. A pochi passi da C’entra Park, ideale per viaggiare con bambini

Avevamo una prenotazione per 5, ma erano stati preparati i due letti matrimoniali, per 4 persone, anche gli strumenti di cucina erano per 4 e non per 5.

Very spacious rooms especially for NYC & convenient location for upper east side.
Pros:

Loved the large room! Good view of park outside. Felt secure with keyed elevator. Nice to have refrigerator.

Quick check -in & check out. Very convenient location to whereI needed to be.

Cons:

Wifi for Tv went on & off...that was a bummer. I really do not like the resort fee???? The $10 cupboard choice is only known if you actually read your confirmed reservation. The front desk does not mention it at all. I stayed here before & had no idea. You are not going to use much it anything else ..such as free phone calls & restaurant discounts near by.
