Hotel Les Jumeaux Courmayeur

This is an older hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet.
We found out after our first day that the breakfast buffet was included in our stay - that was a nice surprise. We made good use of it for the next two days.
There are restaurants, shops, and a laundromat nearby. It is about a 10 minute walk to the bus station from the hotel.

Excellent service staff very professional, friendly and their made your stay very pleasant. I fully recommending this place

Nice hotel, good room size, close to centre of Courmayeur. One complaint. Was not told about carpark fee.

What I liked:
The location is excellent — just a short walk to Courmayeur’s main street, shops, and restaurants. It’s also conveniently close to the Skyway Monte Bianco and public transportation. The area felt safe and quiet at night.

What I didn’t like:
The property feels dated and could benefit from renovation. While the room was clean, the furniture and fixtures are worn. Service was functional but not warm — more transactional than welcoming. Breakfast was adequate but not memorable. For the price, I expected more attention to detail in both service and amenities.

Overall:
A convenient base for exploring Courmayeur with a great location, but the property needs modernization and more engaging service to stand out.

Conveniently located, Les Jumeaux is adequately named as property is divided in two hotels.
We were sent to the second building, next to the ski lift. Unfortunately it is a long walk, no side walk available with a difficult access; fortunately we were guided by the cery helpful bellman. Property is runned down, rooms need renovating though housekeeping was excellent. Avoid rooms facing valley as they are beaten by the sun and AC did not work; we slept windows open but the room was above a busy road with traffic all night.
Breakfast was served in a room with no windows (!?) and service was lackadaisical.
Lobby had torn sofas and overall property needs refreshing; whilst nicely located in a central residential area of Courmayeur, there are better alternatives available at similar rates.
The ladies at the reception saved the stay as for most staff at Les Jumeaux who were very helpful and pleasant.

We liked everything and definatelly will stay again

les installations sont un eu désuets , la douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien, le support était défectueux, beaucoup de rangement dans la chambre mais peu d’espace autour, chambre mieux adapté pour des skieurs voyageant couple et jeune enfants. L’hôtel aurait grandement besoins d’être rafraîchis.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. An unfortunate incident changed the course of our trip and without their professionalism and kindness the whole vacation could have turned into a real nightmare. The location of the hotel was great, most comfortable bed (specially the pillows), friendly binlingual staff and manager.

There was no hot water for showers the last 2 days of my stay.
They did very little to insure the problem was repaired.
Not one person offed to come to my room and see it for themselves.
They blew it off.

Extremely old and not well maintained hotel. It doesnt seen clean at all. Terrible shower. Staff at the lobby couldnt speak english! The check in at 5pm!!! But check out at 10am. How fair is that??
I would not stay again and i would not recommend.

Was in town for a running event. The hotel employee Eugenia was instrumental in helping me prepare. She went out of her way, above and beyond, to ease my worry on multiple fronts. Wonderful stay, very accommodating

I love this hotel - I've stayed here a few times now and the staff and team that run the hotel are brilliant. Nice big rooms, suited my needs exactly. I'll be going back.

Staff are extremely nice and helpful. However, this is a classic European older hotel and hasn’t been updated in decades. Rooms are sizable and mine had a view, but this is not necessarily a nice room.
