People and room logistics were amazing, but it's time to shampoo carpets and do tile steam cleans.
Pros:

I really liked the layout of the two bed/ two bath units and the outdoor recreational areas, very nice. Staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Complimentary juice and cookies was a nice touch.

Cons:

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The room had a funny off-putting smell that was obviously trying to be covered up by housekeeping fragrance which was very overpowering throughout the hotel. Floors were not vacuumed and the tile sections were sticky in the entrance and bath. As a forner manager of housekeeping, I recommend work on sections of the hotel at a time doing deep cleans and shampooing; the carpets should be addressed immediately; every floor should be clean and not sticky or smelly upon check in. Urine spots were found around toilets and personal hair deposits were located around them as well. Mirrors and picture glass were dirty with toothpaste, soap spray and haze respectively visualized. None of our party were able to relax because of the overall condition of the room. Kitchenette did not have what we needed to cook (frying pan). Forced air climate control was imbalanced between rooms leaving some overheated and others freezing at night.

It wasn't terrible. It's just some things that need to be worked on.
Pros:

The size of the room.

Cons:

Well, it was slightly dated. The room looked like it needed to be renovated The breakfast wasn't really good. For $800, I should have been in a nice, beautiful luxury suite.

The staff was pleasant however the stay was rather disappointed and not up to what I believe your standards were/are

Cons:

The living areas tv speakers were blown and none of the phones in the entire suite worked. The pull out sofa sleeper was dirty and used with a cleaning. There was trash from a previous stay still tucked away in the bed when we pulled it out. The breakfast was very dry but none the less we appreciated breakfast being provided.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The first night the staff who welcomed us was friendly. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean. There was evidence of not being cleaned thoroughly. Even though the room was booked for 3 people, we were given 1 towel set. The water was only hot, no cold.
