Room was super clean / staff was amazing !

There was no area for pets. The room smelled awful for a "non smoking" room. The tv didn't work. The walls were super thin. I heard everything on both sides of my room all night long. And there was no end to the slamming of doors in the outer corridor.

The staff and service was Outstanding!
The room was spacious.
The room was visually clean, but when you get a closer look you see that dirt build up and there was a lack detailed attention to most surfaces.
The room was equipped with a mini refrigerator, and a microwave. The room also included a blow dryer and a small lighted vanity mirror, unfortunately those items couldn't be used because there was no power to the outlet on the wall.
Most outlets were so old that they wouldn't hold what I tried to plug in. I used tape to keep my cell phone charger from falling out of the outlets.

The remote wasn’t working, Internet, not working. There’s definitely homeless all around. The backside felt a bit unsafe.

Staff is friendly and very helpful, Rooms are clean, Commercial vehicle parking in the back.

The room was clean and smelled great

The breakfast was limited cereal only. The property was pretty dirty, toilet brushes on the sidewalk. Pool was dirty.

The room was ok, big newer TV, but the bathroom is nasty. Also, very bad breakfast, with pretty much only toast, cereal, and coffee.

Friendly staff. Need to replace the bathroom faucet for ease of handling.

Employees were very nice and professional, however the room was not very clean n walls were dirty...damaged lamps n broken trash cans ...they would also clean our room without permission when we were gone.

My experience was horrible. I did get the room I reserved on the ground floor. I have a foot injury and I had to climb the stairs. The AC wasn't working on the first room and so we had to get switch rooms. The second room was dirty, there was blood on my pillow and it was dirty. The room was also very dirty. There was no shampoo and no towels. It was a horrible experience. The dirty towel and linens grossed me out. I did let staff know and I hope something is done about it

Tv remote didn’t work. I waited for 10 minutes inside the office before the manager came back inside to assist me.

Shelf in room by bathroom is broken with heavy iron on it, ready to hurt someone. Television did not work, had to have mgmt. come and "unlock" it to be able to wwtch...alarm clock sticky and not readable, charged me for a room I did not stay in, even though reservation was canceled weeks before, front desk clerk Nancy very argumentative and arrogant. Local flavor meandering around asking for cigarettes. "Complimentary" breakfast is not even worth the free price tag. I usually only need a bed and pillow and dont care; this was just a bad choice for even a pillow and bed. Dont stay here.

Well, we stayed 2 nights, I booked to be in the first floor but when I got there, I was told only 2nd floor was available. I didn’t have any choice, it was 85 outside @2am. So we climbed to the 2nd floor, we got there and the toilet wasn’t flushing! I went downstairs and got us a new room, this time it’s room 203, room was the same without the iron board, not so smart tv And a finicky shower knob. The shower head was too low that I had to just wash my body below the neck. Other than that, beds were comfortable, the A/C was god sent because of how hot it was, the only really complaint I have is the smokers from the other rooms. $49 per night Indio CA!? 110 degrees temperature, I’ll do it again. This a 2.5 stars for a reason, bfast 6-9am, free parking…

They gave me a wrong room. Then they gave me another room that was occupied with people

Just a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable and staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel just needs some up keep bathroom was a little gross..
