ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE
Pros:

The location was great and rooms and pool were clean.

Cons:

I paid for an overnight stay via booking.com site and after receiving an email from Super8 offering "complimentary late checkout @ 1pm" I chose the late checkout, and I also chose the option to pay an extra $75 for a room upgrade to a king suite with a jacuzzi.
When my son and I arrived I was told that the king suite was unavailable which I understood. Mistakes happen right? I told the lady at the front desk to just cancel the room upgrade but keep the 1pm late checkout and I would stick with the original room I booked.
She assured me that everything was fine, gave me the room key and that was that..or so I thought...
Imagine my surprise when I wake up the following morning to cleaning staff knocking on my door with no note that I had opted for the late check out.
After the cleaning staff assured me that they would notify the front desk I checked my bank app and was shocked to find that Super8 had made 3 seperate transactions to my card, all of which were different amounts ($200.81..$112.81..$150.81) when my booking.com payment was for $135.38.
I immediately called booking.com due to the manager insisting that it was "their fault" and the very nice booking.com agent assured me that no cancelation was received and that my card should have ONLY been charged a max $50 refundable fee for cleaning or whatever.
After speaking with the manager in person and three times now over the phone he assured me that all charges were "voided" and that I would be receiving a full refund in 2-3 business days.
Now here we are...3 business days later and only ONE refund pending for the $200.81 charge is showing up. The 150.81 charge HAS POSTED WITH NO REFUND PENDING and the $112.81 charge IS PENDING TO POST TO MY ACCOUNT WITH NO PENDING REFUND!

I am absolutely livid! I am a single mother and this has caused us so many issues.
Super8 turned what was supposed to be a memorable ONE NIGHT TRIP for my little boy and I into an absolute nightmare!

Pros:

The pool is the only thing I enjoyed

Everything else. Rooms smelled. Broken bed no trash bags. I honestly wish I could have gotten a refund and went somewhere else

The first room we entered was 90+degrees and the air conditioner was confusing to set up. The toilet was disassembled and non functioning.
