What occurred on Friday was unacceptable. I booked the hotel to stay the night as I had to drive 500km to Edmonton to pick up my family after traveling for 3 days and they were exhausted. I arrived at the Hotel at 3 o'clock ready to check in and I was at the reception for an hour and a half waiting trying to resolve the situation as she could not find my name in the system. All while my family waited in the airport ready to be picked up. I can no longer trust this chain and will no longer book it as it ruined my already tiering day. I will be posting this all over social media so the people truly understand how terrible this company. How am I expected to pay the cancelation fee after I was not responsible for the cancelation and treated the way I was? Unacceptable.
