A pre-authorization of your credit card for the full amount of your stay will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival. Great hotel
Pros:

Location, options for food, room size, staff.
my father was in hospital nearby and I wanted to stay close for a couple of nights , my first day checking in when asked was I there for work and I mentioned my dad, I was upgraded to a suite which was a lovely gesture after such a long day.

Please ask about bed bugs and toilet drains before finalizing. Avoid room 205. :)
Cons:

We stayed in Room 205 at South Court Hotel as a family. Overall, our experience was mixed. The main concern was that we found what appeared to be bed bugs, and our children developed itching after the stay. We also noticed that the carpet in the room did not seem to be in the best condition, and the toilet drain was not flushing properly.

That said, I don’t believe these issues necessarily reflect the entire hotel, and they may have been specific to this particular room. The staff were pleasant, and I hope the hotel investigates and addresses these concerns so future guests have a better experience.

Useful stopover, Curry house and Gastro pub on site
Pros:

Functional hotel on the edge of the city of Limerick so useful for a stop over. Good, free parking, but no outdoor space to enjoy. We drove easily into the city to look at King John's castle (in the rain!) In less than 20 minutes.

Truly fantastic
Pros:

The exemplary service offered to me and my family is commendable. It is the warm disposition of the staff that makes the hotel so special. We had a wonderful holiday and I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends who will be visiting Ireland.
PS. A special shout of praise to Mr. Stefan who was very helpful at the Front Office Desk.

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional! From the moment we entered to the end of our trip, we were taken care off with patience, love and respect. Every single staff member proved to be of the highest competency. Their warm demeanour and professionalism warrants a trip back to Limerick
