A pre-authorization of your credit card for the full amount of your stay will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival. Good value and great location!
Pros:

We love the location as it is nicely located for driving into downtown Limerick and surrounding towns like Bunratty and Adare. Loved having two very good restaurants on site. Outstanding breakfast every morning and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The remodeling of the hotel taking place during our stay made it a challenge to get to our room on the 3rd floor.

Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß.

Cons:

Schade, dass das Restaurant vom Vorabend nicht gereinigt war. Die Einrichtung, insbesondere das Badezimmer, ist renovierungsbedürftig. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Pros:

Proximity to the regional hospital. The staff at the check in was warm and polite.

Cons:

I forgot my Sony headphone in the room- I knew retrieving it wasn't guarranteed. However, the service/support I received was beyond appalling. I sent an inquiry on the night of check out- I got one email that they would revert back to me. My subsequent inquiries were ignored till I rang 2 days later- yet I was kept on the line that they were checking. The headphone didnt cost a ton of money but I found the way I was treated/situation handled extremely upsetting.

The room was not clean — there was dust on the carpet. Also, I was very surprised that the hotel does not provide water in the room. In all my experience, I have never stayed at a hotel where guests are expected to go out into the hallway just to get drinking water.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Not very much. Asked for a twin room for my daughter and I, and we never got it. We got a double. We were supposed to have a free breakfast for the inconvenience, but we had to leave early, and no food arranged before we left.

Cons:

Zero attention to detail. Felt like there was a lack of management.
