I trusted the hotel staff with my brand new white Hyundai i20 2024 automatic, and instead of professionalism, I got negligence and damage to my car. A luxury hotel is expected to have trained and responsible valet staff, but clearly that standard does not exist here.
What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability and concern after the accident. No guest should have to deal with the stress, inconvenience, and disappointment of seeing their new car damaged because of careless handling by hotel staff.
If you truly value your vehicle and peace of mind, think twice before using their valet service. Extremely disappointing management, poor handling of customer property, and a terrible overall experience. Definitely not what anyone expects from a reputed hotel in Central Delhi.
It was really good stay at The Park. Staff were really kind and helpful. Especially Miss Savitri, Mr. Kundan and Mr. Sandeep. They were really great people. Must stay place. Room was a little bit smaller but the atmosphere was good and breakfast was also amazing and had many varieties.

Our staying in Park Hotel was wonderful and we had a great experience: food was fabulous and staffs were polite and friendly. So would like to redommend by friends and family to stay in this hotel. Our room no was 218.
This was one of the worst hotel stays we have experienced, especially because we were travelling overnight with a baby and had clearly communicated our early arrival in advance.
We had been in touch with the hotel since 28th April regarding early check-in and had informed them multiple times that we would arrive around 6:30 / 7:00 AM. We had even offered to pay any additional charges if required. Despite this, no one from reservations informed us that early check-in would be chargeable.
When we arrived after an overnight journey with our baby, we were made to wait for around 20 to 30 minutes and were then forced to pay ₹3,500 for early check-in for barely a couple of hours, for the same category of room. This was extremely disappointing and insensitive.
The staff also claimed that our room had been upgraded, but this felt like a false promise because we did not see any meaningful upgrade.
The breakfast experience was equally poor. There was very limited variety, the food was cold, and the service was bad.
Later, to compensate for the experience, we were told that we would receive a complimentary dinner. We placed our order, then were told it exceeded the budget, so we revised the order. We even called reception again to reconfirm that the dinner was complimentary, and they confirmed it.
However, at checkout, the hotel suddenly said we had an outstanding bill of around ₹3,600 for that same dinner. The staff denied the earlier commitment and kept arguing with us. The manager, Sourav, was extremely rude and argumentative. Instead of taking accountability, he said that his colleague would pay for our meal, which was completely unprofessional and embarrassing.
Overall, this hotel showed:
- Poor communication
- False commitments
- Rude staff
- Bad breakfast
- No empathy for guests travelling with a baby
- No accountability at checkout
This was a horrible experience from start to finish. I will never stay at The Park, New Delhi again and would strongly advise others to avoid it.
