Checking in The Park after few years agian a short night stay. Check in quite smooth with helping smiling staff. they scan/ x ray all belongings every time you enter. Room is good but not that big like other hotels. Washarea very good with their trademark toiletries. After quite some time found a hotel room with filled fridge and mini bar. Could not afford to order room service food as extraordinary costly. Checked out early morning so could not taste breakfast which is generally very good. Once again mention of front desk they are going out of way to help you out.
It was a great stay at The Park. Miss Ruby from the reception was very cordial, warm and helpful.

We usually stay with friends whenever we come to Delhi. This time we planned to stay in hotel and we were really happy with services. Staff was really caring , Tarun and ruby, HK staff also and those who serve breakfast. We would like to come back again.

I had pleasant stay here and room was good
I had a pleasant stay at the park, we had 2 rooms and 509 was very spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay, specially the ladies at the reception ms tenzing and ms ruby was very very helpful and kind. We are coming back to stay again on 28th. Such a lovely staff and environment.

I had a lovely saty at The park. Special shout out to Ms Rebecca and Mr Akhilesh, at the Tyde. The hospitality was great. Great visit overall.
Tenzin and Rubi surprised me on my birthday. Well my husband planned my birthday here surprised me with a cake.
These ladies surprised again with a warm visit, wished me even for a bit consoled my daughter (toddler throwing tanturms). I must appreciate their extra step to make me feel special on my special day.
The service by rebecca was truly very nice and we would love to be back again!!!

My belongings were couriered to me when I identified after leaving hotel a day later.
We had very pleasant stay.. I would highlyrecommend.. the saff especially.. was highly trained .. Vardaan n Tenzin , showed us a very good hospitality...
I am staying here for the first time and I must appreciate the level of hospitality I receive throughout my stay. I myself is a hotelier and running a hotel TOKYO PALACE JAISALMER & I must say staff , the location and overall experience was great. You rooms need to uplift but I can see renovation going on in some areas. I am sure you will change the rooms too.
Taking it further, I wanted to thank Ruby from reception for giving me early check in, making me feel that every guest is important and late check out as the train was in the evening.
Breakfast was vast but space is limited. That needs to be improved .
