Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location and decent clean rooms. Generally the staff at breakfast hall and housekeeping were quite good.

Lovely hotel , great location , great breakfast

The location , the door staff were lovely

Cons:

I sent an email to the hotel through booking. Com and they claimed they didn’t receive it. This system has worked for every other place I have written to ! The staff argued with me so I showed him but still denied it , in the end I got the room roughly at the price I booked

Five star price, two star experience
Pros:

I stayed at The Park New Delhi from 17 to 20 February and booked a luxury room at what was presented as a five star property.

The room allocated to me was extremely small and did not match expectations of a luxury category. It felt like the room had been partitioned, as I could clearly hear conversations, movements and noise from the adjacent room. There was almost no sound insulation. I could not sleep properly due to the disturbance.

Because of this, I decided to check out on 19 February, losing one full night’s payment, which was a significant amount. I requested a refund for the unused night, but both the hotel and Trip.com declined.

Very disappointing experience. This was not the standard I expected from a five star hotel, and I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Not a luxury hotel
Pros:

The positives: good location, comfortable bed, good aircon, quiet, reasonable breakfast, ok wifi
But this is NOT a “Luxury Hotel” as it has been designated, it is actually very average. We had a strong smell of methylated spirits pervade the room late at night which we discovered was the glue the workers were using to fix tiles (at 11pm???). The room was not clean by my standards, the carpet in the corridors was dirty, the floor boards were coming up, and the room was tiny,
If it had been correctly categorised as “standard” and priced accordingly then it would have been ok. But to call The Park a Luxury Hotel is absurd.

Awesome trip

I stayed in room number 613 very comfortable stay nice location hotel view is gud specially I meet with housekeeping floor manager mr Amit Kumar he is a very helpful and good hospitality he provided , food is delicious
