Great experience with good ambience and helpful staff. Ruby from reception was friendly and courteous.

Had a great time at the park specially flurys their pastry was too good specially sacher pastry I had it 2 . The staff was very polite abhishek and Ishika they both was very courteous and helpful.

Amazing stay at the park hotel……I was here for 3 days, staff were very helpful and cooperative. Ms Tenzin and Ruby was very kind all along.

We recently organized our event at The Park, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The venue, hospitality, and overall service exceeded our expectations.

A special thanks to Khurram Khan and Ramagya for their exceptional support throughout the entire event. They were always available, proactive, and ensured that every last-minute request was handled smoothly and professionally. Their dedication and attention to detail played a significant role in making our event a success.

A very disappointing stay. This is by far the worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in.

Room service was poor and extremely slow.

The hotel even charged for ice, as well as for plates and glasses, which was shocking for a five-star property.

The discount on in-room dining that was promised in my package was not honored.

The breakfast spread had very limited choices. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian items were kept together in the buffet, and the South Indian food was of very poor quality.

There was no welcome drink or even a warm greeting on arrival.

Check-in took an unreasonably long time.

The staff was discourteous and lacked professionalism.

The rooms are dated and in desperate need of renovation.

Overall, this hotel falls far below the standards expected from a five-star property. I would not recommend it and certainly would not stay here again.

She was extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Her dedication to ensuring guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience truly stands out. We had a wonderful stay at The Park New Delhi. A big thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality, and a special mention to Tenzin, who truly went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

She thoughtfully arranged the letter and complimentary pastries, which added such a lovely personal touch and made the occasion even more special for us as a couple. Everything went smoothly, and these little gestures turned our stay into a perfect and memorable experience.

One of the best hotel in cannought place. I have been staying at The Park from a year, very friendly and helpful staff, specially the Front Dest team tarun and mis tenzin.
Room amenities and foos quality are perfect.

I had an excellent 5-day stay at The Park. The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. I stayed in Room 607, which was comfortable and well maintained.

The food was also superb throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Kundan, who was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and ensured that everything was taken care of. His service truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend The Park for its excellent hospitality, great food, and wonderful staff. Looking forward to visiting again!

I recently stayed at The Park, New Delhi, and came away with a very positive impression. It was a comfortable stay overall, and the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive.

One thing I really enjoyed was the food. There was plenty of variety, and everything I tried was fresh and well prepared. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, there was always something to look forward to.

The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. That said, I do feel the rooms are due for a bit of a refresh. Nothing major, but a few upgrades and cosmetic improvements would really bring them in line with what you'd expect from a top-tier five-star hotel.

The staff deserve special appreciation. Aditya at reception made check-in effortless and was friendly and efficient throughout. At the restaurant, Loknath was always attentive without being intrusive and made sure everything was taken care of.

A special shout-out to Rebecca, who was honestly one of the most memorable parts of the stay. Instead of the polished, scripted hospitality you often come across at luxury hotels, she was refreshingly genuine. She had a great sense of humour, playfully joked with guests, and made conversations feel natural rather than rehearsed. It was a small thing, but it added so much warmth and personality to the experience.

Overall, I had a really pleasant stay. Good food, courteous staff, comfortable rooms, and a relaxed atmosphere made it an enjoyable visit. If the rooms receive a bit of updating in the future, I think The Park would offer an even stronger five-star experience. I'd definitely be happy to stay here again.

Washroom must be improved . They are very old fashioned. Exhaust fan was not there is room.
Staff was good and friendly. Ruby and Bhupinder from front desk and overall staff at floor was nice.

We came to the hotel around 11 am and fully exhausted . We were told that check in time is 2 pm . There was Ruby who checked us in very early which was a big relief. Sometimes you only need someone to identify what is necessity and the lady gave us room with full smile.
Room needs to be improved definitely but the service and staff was great.
