The housekeeping service was very well amd efficient - Miss Savitri and Bhupendra Ji and Kundan ji were very helpful
Mr. Kundan and Munendra were very kind; if you are traveling to India, this is the best hotel to book very clean and comfortable.
A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Kundan, Munendran, and Mr. Avneet Sahi were very kind and took excellent care of us. They attended to every detail to ensure our stay was a success.

Everything is perfect
Terrible hotel with the most unfriendly staff. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as they advertise.
We booked 2 rooms. One room had cold water, the other had brown water and the fridge did not work.
We checked out at 10pm as out flight was at 2:30am, they refused to do a packed breakfast so I bought a pizza from Pizza Hut and asked them to please reheat it before I left and was told they cannot as it is from outside. The Raddison had done it for me and they are a proper 5 star hotel.
The only good thing was the breakfast.
I will never recommend this hotel.
It was an amazing stay at The Park in CP, New Delhi. We had an amazing guest representative - Ms. Ruby. She was quite courteous and was kind enough to accommodate us for an early check-in and late check-out.
I look forward to coming back and staying at Park Hotel in the future.
The Tyde restaurant also serves and amazing buffet lunch.

I travel for work and stayed in many hotels and booked The Park hotel for my delhi visit, Hotel staff was very friendly and great. Construction noice was the only thing which was not really comfortable, room number 324.
Ms Tenzin offered me coffe during my check out and Ms Nandini im restaurant was very sweet all along.
Frist time I come this hotel for visa inspection hotel is very busy your rooms are excellent
