Good place to stay for families. Needs some updating. Good price and comfortable bed.
Pros:

Rooms have a musty smell.. older decor/ not recently updated. On a positive note- the bed was very comfortable. The area is very beautiful and extremely quiet.

Cons:

I didn’t like the musty smell in the room. We slept with the sliding door open. I also didn’t like the check-in. We were given terrible directions to the room which could’ve been explained very simply.

Great value, 5 night stay
Pros:

We liked our room which was very spacious. The pool was right next to our building and was clean and we spent time in the hot tub too. Being on the south end of town, it was quiet at night. There were a few hiking trails right at the end of the property. A great value for the money.

Not Hilton quality resort
Pros:

Just stayed here January 2026 and was very disappointed in the resort. The room had a very bad musty smell, rooms need renovated and the staff was not accommodating . Some of the rooms have been renovated so maybe you can request one of those ,but we had asked for our rooms to be close together and possibly connecting and they did nothing. Poor management staff, smelly rooms, pushy staff in the lobby pushing timeshares. Go somewhere else and enjoy you time In Sedona..

Lovely stay but a little far out of Sedona
Pros:

The views were lovely. We enjoyed the pool area. The property was well maintained. It was my birthday when we were there and they acknowledged that - friendly staff!

Cons:

We had unit 314 and the phone fat from reception didn’t work so couldn’t call a golf cart when we needed one.

Pros:

Everything was great!

Cons:

Go-cart drivers driving super fast and with no caution. Drove super fast past behind when car backing up to park and drove super fast past in front of the car when the car pulling up to park. Not safety for both parties

Pros:

Sunset room was beautiful, bathroom had a large shower and tub ,kitchen was large and very clean.

Cons:

We request a room at the end of the resort so we could have morning views of the red rocks , we instead had a view of the complex across from ours.
