The location is perfect being a short drive from the popular tourist attractions. The hotel has lots of amenities and the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Breakfast was good too!
Everything was as expected. I like to book Marriott a lot for my travels and I am rarely disappointed. Nothing that we didn't like.
Great location, parking was nice, great service from staff and comfortable beds.
Nothing to not like.
Next to our unit we had access to 2 close-by pools and hot tubs. Plenty of parking and our unit was very quiet and clean. We had everything we needed. They even have a coffee pot, salt and pepper and dish towels with dish soap to use in the kitchen.
We could only stay 2 nights because that is all of the time we had. We would have loved to stay longer.
Great location, comfortable beds, clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Our family of three adults stayed at this resort in mid-Feb 2026 as part of our first trip to Sedona. The location is at the edge of the western side of town. The 2Br/2Ba unit was very large with two suites - each with soaking tub and separate shower. There is ample storage in each bedroom. We also made use of the clothes washing machine which is great to have. Unsure if all the units are setup this way. There are multiple swimming pools and hot tubs, and we enjoyed use of the primary hot tub all seven nights! Adjacent to the property are multiple hiking trails, including across the street near the high school. Views of the red rock mountains are easily seen from the complex. We did have some issues that were taken care of by the resort staff to our satisfaction. We look forward to visiting again!
Although a request for a view had been submitted, none were available upon check-in. The staff handled the situation expertly, upgrading my group to a larger suite to help compensate for the mix up.
Good location, complete kitchen, and very roomy.
HVAC was very loud, and bed uncomfortable.
Tucked away in a Residential area next to Yavapai community college sits the Hilton Sedona Summit. Walkable to several nature trails- this was my favorite part of staying here. There is one nice loop trail to the west of the community college that has stunning views of the Mogollon Rim.
There are many buildings that have wonderful views- ours was not one of them. We were in building three, and our patio area had a view of (and was across from) the fitness center. Apparently over 50% of this property has been remodeled, but ours was not a renovated room. The fitness center is small. Works when you are the only one in there but when there are multiple people, IMO it’s too small.
They do hit you right when you walk in with a sales pitch to attend a timeshare presentation. I did end up attending the presentation, but declined to buy the timeshare because it was $33,000 – preposterous! If they would put more attention to detail to running the property well, and less attention to selling timeshares – this could provide a better experience for all of their guests, whether or not they own one of their timeshares.
The property has sprawling grounds- which are well maintained, and four pools. There is also a hammock area and outdoor barbecues. Make sure you bring an ample amount of food and spices, as there is no restaurant on site and no breakfast offered either. The room we had had a full kitchen, but all of the pans and spoons are cheap- icky black plastic ones. Not even one wooden spoon. There are some great local restaurants within 3 miles of the property, if cooking isn’t your thing.
They lost a star because their Wi-Fi and Internet are terrible – the connectivity is very weak and even the TV was in and out of connectivity a few times. We could not connect to Netflix or Apple TV, and were relegated to watch regular cable TV. They lost another star because we had zero attendants in the room for one week at this property. They don’t explain anything to you, and I’m not sure if they even offer any cleaning services. You have to call for towels when you need new ones and then they send someone. So don’t stay here expecting a turn down service.
All in all, it is an adequate place to stay for a long-term stay, but don’t expect any service whatsoever here.
Top notch customer service! Very clean unit. the grounds were impeccable. I would definitely stay there again.
