Pros:

Lovely setting in a convenient location. Facilities were excellent.

Cons:

Air con in the room was ok but could not be adjusted. Needed to be cooler in the bedroom, this seemed to be the only room where the air-conditioning couldn't reach.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and updated. We would come back.
Pros:

I loved the room, it was updated and nice. I did feel like we were mislead with a mesa view, which we were told was misleading according to the check in staff. This does not guarantee a view at all. From my conversation with her, there are very limited view rooms on the property.

Pros:

I was not familiar with Sedona.
A bit farther from uptown.
The front desk was very nice and helpful, which was a nice start for our stay.
However, the outside of the property seemed nice & modern.
I felt I paid too much for the room for one night $251+\night. I saw it much cheaper by over $100 after arriving back home.
Upon entering my suite, it was very dark and older looking. It appeared cleaned. But, I couldn’t really tell. I prefer brighter lighting with my accommodations. However, our stay was ok for one nite. But I will not pay the same price for sure if I intend on staying here again.

Cons:

I was charged an additional $350 of “fees and taxes” that was not in my original payment. Therefore - I paid DOUBLE for a place to sleep. I did not see see any indication that this was going to happen at my time of booking

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, size of the room, parking availability and proximity to my room was important. Every time I left the resort and returned there was always a parking spot - that made the stay much more relaxing.

Cons:

The locked set volume on the TV. It was set too low. I understand the rooms adjoin to neighbors but it should be left to the occupant to select the volume level.
