The accommadatios were very nice. Location was good, out of the traffic of uptown Sadona. Fabulous views from the property. Very quiet and comfortable.
Upon arrival, the staff wanted to schedule us for a "time share sales pitch", which we had no interest in. The wifi wasn't the best.

Need transport to get anywhere, no restaurant, only snacks available and no ATM, also check your payment, I was over charged, had arrived in thd evening. Realized at 4am the next morning. A different lady was on the counter at the early hours,was very unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with. Possibly due to retire, being older. Instead then, I waited until the next evening to see the lovely young lad who checked me in. He checked with his manager, acknowledged the mistake and refunded the over charge immediately. 100% customer service to this young man.
It was fine, we were 3 people and one had to sleep on the sofa but we handled! The swimming pool was amazing!

On check in was told to go to other desk to collect my free gift? Free gift was a 1 hour time share presentation trying to get me to pay 27,000 dollars for time share! Did get 175 dollar card though!
