Excellent room and facilities
On check in was told to go to other desk to collect my free gift? Free gift was a 1 hour time share presentation trying to get me to pay 27,000 dollars for time share! Did get 175 dollar card though!

Property was very clean, staff were always warm and welcoming. Facility gym was 24 hours which was a nice bonus for myself because I like to do cardio really early in the morning.
They try to catch you early on in the stay to persuade you to attend a timeshare presentation for their showcase of other properties. You don’t have to agree or anything, but they definitely look for the guests who they haven’t signed up yet.

Que fuimos a celebrar 40 años de Matrimonio y no nos dieron ningun detalle, nada para celebrar como otros hoteles tienen un programa para birthdays o celebraciones de aniversario. La bvista daba a las montañas de Sedona pero los árboles que estaban en el hotel no te dejan apreciarlo.
