Pros:

view and location were excellent

Cons:

Upon checkin immediately accosted with a sales type person. I was exhausted and not in the mood. Steps down to room were so many and I had heavy bags so left them in car and tried to bring down just what I needed for the day. Room dated. No adult pool...kids screaming with water guns.

Great location and spacious place
Pros:

Very good location, close to major points of interest. Pool was close to the building and it was beautiful in the night, perfectly warm and not too crowded. Kids enjoyed the spacious rooms and we loved the kitchen and the convenience it offers.

Cons:

It was great, cant find anything I didn't like

Great stay for families
Pros:

Our unit (king suite) was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Pack and play supplied per request. The pools were wonderful. Location great. Some lovely trails right behind the property.

Cons:

There is the aspect of the timeshare sell. We ended up getting signed up for a presentation then canceling because we have no interest in a timeshare. Canceling was easy.

Disappointing room; would not stay here again.
Pros:

The property is surrounded by beautiful red rock views. The grounds are well maintained.

Cons:

I was disappointed with my room. It was basically a daylight basement (half underground) and the patio looked out at soil, a wall, and a utility meter. The room felt dark and was smaller than anticipated; we had a queen bed and a foldout couch, and for two adults and a child, it was cramped. I loved the Sedona area and would return, but next time I will stay somewhere else.

Great stay
Pros:

Large unit. Staff respond quickly to texts. Few different pools. The large hot tub with ours was a wonderful temperature to hang out in for a while. Location central and away from the traffic at Uptown.

Conveniently appointed but outdated rooms, pushy sales people
Pros:

The rooms are fine but definitely very dated and could sorely use a refresh. At check in, they tried very hard to sell me on a private Jeep tour for $175 that would also include a timeshare presentation and upon completion, they promised a very vague vacation offer or some Hilton points. They wouldn't tell me how long the presentation would take, give me the specifics of the vacation offer, and I do not understand why I would prefer an all-day open air Jeep tour with a stranger versus the air conditioned SUV I already paid for with just my family.

To be clear, I booked my reservation on booking.com so I was not obligated to attend any presentation.

Great Choice!
Pros:

So happy with our decision to stay at the Hilton Summit Resort. We booked a 2 Bedroom unit, which included large bedrooms and bathrooms, and a wonderful shared living space. We used our patio several times every day! The location in West Sedona was excellent. Just far enough away from the busy part of town, but allowed easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The resort itself felt very quiet, even though it was spring break season. There were several nice pools & hot tubs on-site. All staff were very attentive, the unit was clean and well furnished. We especially enjoyed the view of the mountains! Highly recommend this resort.

Fantastic!!!
Pros:

We enjoyed a beautiful one room suite. Spacious, clean, well maintained property. Much bigger than a hotel room or even an all suite hotel. Two downsides...the huge tub in the bathroom was not a jacuzzi. The hot tub out by the pool was heated, but not much. Felt like body temp. After 10 minutes, it started to feel cool. You definitely will not break a sweat at this temperature.
