Exactly what I was looking for, but online check-in failed
Pros:

It's exactly what I was looking for. A convenient and affordable hotel just next to the autostrada.

The rooms are simple but clean and the price was could only beaten by the friendliness and competence of the staff.

I got a call to confirm that I need a late check in and the staff member was not only super friendly but immediately send me the instruction. When there was an issue with the scanning of my at night during I was quickly connected to another (or the same?) female staff member. Again friendly service and quick help...

Cons:

...which should not have been necessary, because I had already completed the online check in and send photographs of all our ID cards. Why make a customer spend time on this process and then let him scan all documents and enter information again into the Check-In machine at 2am? This really annoyed me. Time is not always money but it can definitely be better spend, especially if you really grave a bed.

I want to make clear that I think that this was not the fault of the staff but a more systemic mistake that should really be taken care of.

Pros:

ottima posizione e facilità di gestione anche l'arrivo fuori orario. Parcheggio ampio, staff gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada. Rapporto qualità/prezzo imbattibile
